I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

Hello, I have been suffering from back pain left side. MRI reports show l5 s1 disc and there is slight numbness in my toes of left foot. Doing exercises regularly as suggested by doctor but it is there. Also getting back pain again and again despite taking precautions. Firstly, your MRI needs to be clinically correlated property. L5-S1 disc compression can lead to pain down the legs, with pain or numbness in the toe. The severity of it depends upon the degree of disc lesion. Your low back curvature (lordosis) also plays a major role to prevent and treat your pain and Symptoms. Exercises for Problem must be" Need based" and Patient tailored as different patients need specific need based Exercises. Proper diet is also very essential. Tingling and numbness in arm, specialy at night can be Cervical Spine Radiculopathy, or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Your condition needs detailed assessment. Get a x ray heel done. If no abnormality and no visible swelling present. Massage your heel with ointment rubcure or vaselline wear socks and sleep at night. During day time wear heel cups preferably in shoes. You can take NSAID to relief pain and avoid wearing heels for time being.

Instead of milk take with luke warm water ,after 10 min take milk it will not produce gas formation ,some time due to taking with milk formed gas ,so may be the gas formation can causes of body pain, if still this problem is not solve then replace churn with ashwagandarishta.

Hello, there are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscle, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by teaching correct postural habits and ergonomics, do consult me privately. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and calcium rich diet like milk, paneer, buttermilk, cheese etc and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. 10. Perform calf pumping exercises, which i'll explain you in the next session. Thanks.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Dear lybrate user this problem starts in foot not in elbow, in elbow there is chances of tennis elbow so do physiotherapy continue, ift, us 15 minutes each and ice pack 20 minutes twice a day gentle rom ex of elbow.
