Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. Kindly consult a physician & dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Hi lybrate-user! You need to do Yoga, meditation and Physical exercise to reduce weight. It would be better if you cut down oily foods and fast foods. Take as much as vegetables and fruits and keep a track of your weight every 2 days once. Exercise regularly at least for 30 to 45 minutes daily. Take care. Be relaxed. With regards,

Your son is a 12 year old, but the permanent teeth which are erupting in his mouth are of the size of a fully grown adult, this is absolutely normal. The size will get matched as he grows up. If the teeth are not in a proper order or crooked in nature, please consider consulting an orthodontist, or a child specialist dentist.

take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day...take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day....take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water...take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day....apply marichyadi oil on affected part.....take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor....

Frequent urination could be due to urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of liquids. Alkalizer syrp know water will be helpful. Antibiotics might be required in some cases to treat bacterial urinary infection. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

Avoids fruits and fresh vegetables. Here is complete protocol. Take plenty of fluids – ORS, Enerzal, Lime water with salt and sugar, Coconut water, black tea. Plenty of soups, daal water, kala chana soup Avoid aerated drinks Avoid Milk Avoid chillies and oily/fried food. Avoid all Meat products, hotel food, fast food. Avoid all fresh fruits and vegetable salads. Can drink packed juices. Once the acute phase is over – 2 to 3 day onwards Start on Soft diet like Rice Gurrel (Khicdi, bread,toast, idli, oats, dalia, sheera, corn flakes and dry fruits.

Aim for long term weight loss 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim. Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size.Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Love yourself and respect your body.

Go for scaling and polishing of your teeth, should be done once in 6 months. Many things cause gum bleeding but the most common is gum inflammation which will improve after this for further advise consult a dentist nearby maintain oral hygiene, brush twice for 3 minutes each change your brush every 3 months use dental floss to clean interdental areas. First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. If none of them are taller than your current height then it is less likely that you will grow over that. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control s essential to divert your energy to increase in height. All said, these habits are good for a healthy life as well. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

Ok Vishal To increase your weight you should do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Eat more food more frequently.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Add ghee,cream,butter cottage cheese,jam,jelly with foods more.Eat cake,Pastries,chocolate,ice cream. Banana 3-4pcs/day.Use more dense fruits,vegetables.Take refined foods with unrefined.Use Take more protein to gain weight.Take more nuts and seeds.Use healthy fats like Canola,olive,refined vegetable oil in extra.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement which has no side effects.Take proper rest at night.These gonna help you.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
