The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Consume iron rich food items -beetroot, carrot, black grapes, water melon, jamun, tomato, cabbage, amla, mango, beans, brown rice, spinach, peas, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, khajur, anjir, akhrod, munakka, moong, masoor etc. Are helpful. Iron is absorbed in presence of acids, lemon, imli, amla may be consumed along with iron rich fruits and food items.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. aManagement: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Hi lybrate-user. Until the tooth involved is treated the pain will remain. We need to treat the cause of your pain. Taking painkillers is only a temporary solution which as you have rightly said provide 4-5 hours of relief I do not recommended prolonged use of pain killers as they may lead to gastric irritation which will only increase your problems. Get treated by a dentist at the earliest.

Hello lybrate user it is very common in youths either male or female because of harmonic imbalances and irregular periods in female. Try to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Use milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Make sure your bowel should be cleared every day. Use light diets and soups of carrots and beetroot with ginger and haldi including ghee and cumin seeds. Avoid oily or junk food and dahi, sour products e. G. Pickles etc and nonveg. Stop chemical bleachers and cream over effected parts. Wash your face with warm saline water before using cream over effected parts. Akpree cream apply akpree cream over effected parts twice daily for 2-3month regular.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. 1. Usually no identifiable cause is present in case of locked fingers. 2. Possibly cause identified, is shortening of tendons/ muscles due to reduced activity. 3. Stretching of involved muscle group, daily twice and especially before going to sleep will be helpful. 4. Also to improve muscle activity calcium and potassium supplements, with good hydration (at least 6-8 liters of water per day) will be helpful. Food rich in potassium like banana, avocada, nuts, etc. Will be helpful. If finger locking, becomes painful and frequent, release surgery might be necessary. It appears to be possible early stages and stretching will be helpful.

There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin 2. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5.
