If you have diabetes, then you need to be careful with certain foods such as following: 1) fruits like mangoes, banana, chikoo, litchi and grapes 2) vegetables like patoato, sweetpatato, arbi etc 3) cereals like corns, suji and rice and 4) nuts like dates, raisins food items you should avoid includes sugar, jaggery, honey and maida or white flour. Include more vegetables and fibre in your diet and have protein based snacks like roasted chana or sprouts or egg whites. Methidana pani also heps in lowering blood sugars, so try drinking it early morning.

Diabetes is a condition which occurs when nearly 70% of the pancreatic functions are lost. Once it has occured, it can b controlled though. Your aim should b to decrease the dependancy on medications. The easiest way to control diabetes is to eat a carbohydrate controlled diet, in fixed quantities and fixed intervals stay healthy, stay blessed.

Chicken eggs are high in cholesterol, but the effect of egg consumption on blood cholesterol is minimal when compared with the effect of trans fats and saturated fats. The risk of heart disease may be more closely tied to the foods that accompany the eggs in a traditional American breakfast — such as the sodium in the bacon, sausages and ham, and the saturated fat or oils with trans fats used to fry the eggs and the hash browns. Most healthy people can eat up to seven eggs a week with no increase in their risk of heart disease. Some studies have shown that this level of egg consumption may actually prevent some types of strokes. But the story is different for people who have diabetes. In this ever-growing population, eating seven eggs a week significantly increases the risk of heart disease. When deciding whether to include eggs in your diet, consider the recommended daily limits on cholesterol in your food: If you are healthy, consume no more than 300 mg of cholesterol a day. If you have diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease, limit the daily cholesterol intake to no more than 200 mg a day. If you like eggs but don't want the extra cholesterol, use only the egg whites. Egg whites contain no cholesterol. You may also use cholesterol-free egg substitutes, which are made with egg whites.

If its paining alot, then you will require prescription medications for 3-4 days, take bed rest for 2 days, avoid lifting heavy weights, avoid bike ride hot formentations, apply oxalgin gel for local application, and follow up for medications,

Maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night.

Home Remedies to get rid off pimples- 1.Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 2.Take 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. **Eat fresh neem leaves twice a day.** Do's and Dont's- 1.Avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast foods. 2.Eat fresh, unprocessed food. 3.Avoid White rice , bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index,triggering acne formation. 4.Avoid washing your face with soaps.Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. 5.Cleanse your face with lemon peels. 6.Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. Yogasanas- Sarvangasana, Vajrasana, Shavasana, Anulom-Vilom Pranayam. Practice meditation.

Bagels and Crackers are made from whole wheat; sesame and bran that add some kilos to your body. Besides, they also provide necessary carbohydrates. You can use jams, peanut butter, margarine or honey to eat loads of calories and proteins. They will increase a significant amount of weight.

Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. we may need to start medications after personal consultation

Hi dear, welcome to lybrate. Stones remedy ------------it can be excreted with medicine, but ordinary medicines do not work 100%-- only -some 10-15 %, so better you use -following pathrihar course -------------------------------------------------- you should take care of diet. Hi, Dr. Sir, My age is 49 year , From 3days I am feeling pain backech from lower spinal joint. I can not stand properly. It will take 5 minutes time to stand properly and walk. from 15 days back I was suffering pain of premolar teeth and taken many antibiotics and pain killer finally teeth was removed. Is it side effect of those medition because I have not feel any problem in life. THANKS

frankly back and tooth pain are irrelevant but only possibility could be that as u have pain in joints and that indicates chronic bone loss so if it the case then sorrunding bone all over tooth also become less hence cause gum infection followed by pain and tooth removal. .

Hello, Bad odor in morning on waking up is quite normal sometimes. But if it is continuous throughout day his brushing might need to be improved and may need professional health. Also track his water intake. Multiple decayed teeth may also give bad breath. I hope he is not suffering from any medical condition which may have this cause.But now on wards help him to make a habit of twice a day brushing.

Do you remember the last time you had a searing knee pain in the middle of your morning run? It was probably because you did not warm up properly. The incidence of injuries in various sports has gone up in the recent times, and it is mostly due to the lack of proper warm up exercises. However, other factors come into play as well, such as the pressure of increased workload on the current batch of athletes, missing a trick or two with the proper technique to be followed, etc.

In order to reduce the risk of an injury, it is advised to follow these simple tips:

  1. Set realistic goals for yourself: Don’t go overboard with anything that includes repetitively stressing and straining your body over a certain degree. If you are planning to go for a run or hit to the gym, make sure you set goals that you can sustain and find feasible. One example of this would be to not increase the amount of weight drastically while lifting weights as it can lead to serious injuries.

  2. Follow the right technique: Proper technique is very important in sports, a lack of which can lead to injuries. Ask your trainer to observe your form when you perform any activity. Focus on your breathing and posture when you are exercising.

  3. Warm up before you begin exercising: Warming up before you exercise or play a sport is important as it helps loosen your muscles and boost blood circulation. It drastically reduces the risks of sustaining injuries, and also prepares your body for the subsequent exercise.

  4. Cool down: Similar to an essential warm up is the need to cool down; it is another aspect that should not be ignored. Cooling down usually consists of stretches and postures that promote flexibility. The muscles become sore after working out. Stretching can help reduce post workout pain and make the joints flexible. Cooling down also helps in eliminating lactic acid from the muscles, which means less pain after exercise.

  5. Listen to your body: During an activity, if you feel that you can no longer carry on, terminate the activity. The chances of injury rise if you continue to push your body over your threshold limit. If you think that you can no longer carry on doing something without risking an injury, avoid doing it altogether. Listen to your body, and it shall never fail you.

Heat fermentation twice a day and roll a towel put under the knee and press for 10 second and release do 10 to 15 times and lying supine position and do bend your knee for 10 sec and do straight. Do that 15 times both legs. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for relief.
