Hi, 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face 7.Don?t expose hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Your complexion will improve and dark spots disappear. We have good treatment in homoeopathy.

Avoid lifting heavy weights. When bending down to lift something from below, bend your knees first and then lift the object. You can take homoeopathic medicines for the back pain.

I AM SUFFERING FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR DUE TO PAINFUL CRACKS APPEARING ON THE SOLE OF MY FEET. I HAD BEEN PRESCRIBED ACROTAC 20 MG. WHICH I HAVE CONSUMED FOR AS MUCH TIME. NOW, WHEN IT IS BEING WITHDRAWN DUE TO IMPROVEMENT IN THE SOLES, FRESH CRACKS HAVE DEVELOPED. I AM NOW TAKING ACROTAC 10 MG. DAILY. PLEASE ADVISE HOW TO GET RID OF THIS PAINFUL CHRONIC CONDITION. First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. 7. Gandhak rasayan vati 2 tab twice in a day 8. Panchatikat ghruta guggul 1 tab after lunch and dinner 9. Apply jatyadi ghrut on cracks for 1 month only you should take.

Hello, Its all hormonal and weight game which makes irritable and heavy. Medications might be needed to control thyroid levels. Good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.

Hello, Practicing yoga with homoeopathic medication helps you in releasing the stress from your body. Brisk walk in a park will help you inhale more fresh air and oxygen for good functioning of the cells and tissues of the body. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos. 6x/ once at night. Yogasana: Practice the following poses if you don’t have any medical condition or pregnancy or else take an advice from your concern doctor and then only perform these. 1. Balasana: Sit on your heels with your big toes touching and hands resting on your thighs. Lower your belly and chest to rest between your knees, bringing your forehead to the floor. Relax your arms back beside your shins, palms facing up. Soften your breath by taking 5 to 10 long, deep inhalations and exhalations. 2. Savasana: lie back, letting your body sink into and open around the support. End in a supported pose on your back with a folded blanket under the length of the spine to help arch the upper and middle back, and lengthen the lower back. Move your arms a comfortable distance away from your body and anything else around you. Turn your palms to face up. Separate your legs a natural distance apart. Relax your feet and let them roll open. Finally, do a mental scan from head to toe: Where are you holding tension. Release it from every part of your body—including your heart and head. 3. Bhujanasana: Slowly slide forward from Child's Pose to lie facedown. Press your toes and forehead gently into the floor. Rest your palms lightly on the floor on either side of your chest with fingertips pointing forward and elbows bent and hugging in toward your ribcage. Inhale and lift your chest from the heart, pressing only very lightly into your palms and mostly using your back strength to hold your shoulders and chest up. Soften your shoulders. Then lift your hands off the floor completely, broadening across your collarbones and reaching your heart up. Take a couple of deep, slow breaths here. Then as you exhale, place your palms back down and gently lower your chest to floor.

I am a 20 years old male and I have hair fall for last six months. What should I do?
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. take continue tab. thyronorm 175mcg. before meal daily..don not forgetted that. take fiber diet,whole grain food,oats, protein diet, do exercise rgular..go for morning and evening walk also. take low fat, take iodine food,low sweet diet, for bodyache you can take tab. dolo 500 mg. sos. throid checkup every 3 to 6 months.

If your kid is only speaking bisyllables at this age then your kid requires a full assessment including his birth details, development assessment and neurological examination. Child also requires a hearing evaluation. At this age kids usualy make 2 or 3 word sentences and know 200 words with meaning. Plan a visit to a pediatrician or a pediatric neurologist if available.

Some drug like niacin can increase sugar level but drugs like atorvastatin will not increase sugar level.

Hello, you need a good scaling of teeth. Due to deposits around teeth, bad odour occurs and gum problem arises. Get a scaling done. If you want more whiter teeth then prefer bleaching of teeth thank you.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Hi lybrate-user. There are plenty of reasons foe hairfall. It includes dandruff, pollution,lack of nutrition, tensions,improper food habits, lack of vitamins and a very interesting thing. If you have kapha I mean if you r suffering with cold and associated symptoms frequently it will also be a reason for your hairfall. So as the first step we have to rule out the reasons.in your question itz clear that you are having dandruff. I want to know the status of other possibilities too. But for the time being am suggesting Dhurdhurapatradi oil to massage in your scalp and let it reat for 10_15 min and wash. Massage well. Try it and update me Regards Dr. Safa Sanu.

LDL is higher and HDL is lower. But only marginally. Give up fried foods and reduce fats, sugars and maida in general. For improving HDL do some exercise like going for a WALK. Or do more house work like sweeping or washing etc. Or do yoga.
