According to your age my advice will be that you either go for a removable replacement known as" cast partial denture. What is the condition of other neighboring teeth?

BDS
Dentist,
Electric toothbrushes are more effective at removing plaque. Those with heads that
rotate in both directions and pulsate are the most effective.
They are particularly useful for people with limited movement, such as disabled or elderly people, who often find that using a manual toothbrush does not allow them to clean thoroughly.

This habit is called Bruxism. Habit of grinding teeth or clenching their jaw under stress. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. A grinding mouthguard can be made. This is like a sports mouthguard, but harder. It will help protect the teeth, muscles and jaw joint from the pressure of clenching and grinding. It will not stop bruxism and in some cases can make the actual grinding worse, but it will lessen the damage to your teeth.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching or laser) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedure can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person too. Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life, I suggest your problem can be ignored. However there are medical conditions that causes excessive salivation injection glycopyrrolate reduces secretions in the mouth, throat, airway, and stomach.

It may take some time and some pain. The area is made numb before extraction. Hammer and chisel are a part of dental armamentarium but rarely used now. And not every case will be the same. Better consult early so that situation can be managed better and with less trouble.
