To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

It seems you are leading a sedentary life style. Your heart can not cope up with sudden change in action. You should be more active rather pro active. Meanwhile get an ecg and tmt done along with all blood tests especially lipid profile.

I want to know about the primary tips of high blood pressure because I have a problem.
If you confirmed have high BP, then you may have been prescribed medication to control same. Few tips to help you: Eat more vegetables and fruit. Stop packaged foods as they have hidden salts, preservatives that harm. Make sure you get adequate exercise and rest. Yogasana will help regulate metabolism and even bring BP back to normal. Rest in a way that you wake fresh and happy in mind. Make sure you hydrate properly. Not drink 2 liters in the morning, but one glass every 60 to 90 mins so your body is evenly hydrated. Stay away from situations that will disturb you. Learn acupressure as a 'self help' modality. Stay positive and happy. At your age, it is possible to ring BP under control and not be drug dependent. This of-course has to be followed life long. Regards.

its a worrying situation you are into. But its quite manageable too. If you cud give some more details like ggtp and or supporting endoscopic report it would be more beneficial. The liver enzymes are a bit high. But you should also take a look at resting metabolism. If you think I can help consult me in person.

Hello doctor my mom is having high blood sugar for last few years and high bp also. We have been to several doctors and also checking her diet. She takes a dose of insulin overnight b4 meal. And takes rice only once in a day. Yet her sugar level is more than 280 (pp) most of the time. What should we do further and if you can suggest any diet for her. Would be thankful.

As you mentioned about your problems related to your gastric discomfort, I would like to advise you to follow regular daily routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. You may use light diets and soups of moong daal and green vegetables and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups. You may use following ayurveda medicines. Pippalyadyasav. 15 ml mustarist. 15 ml twice daily with water after meals.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg one tablet before food for 3 days B. Local application of Volini gel 1% twice a day for 2-3 day you should go for BP check along with Base line ECG and review with report I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. You maybe most probably suffering from gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux disease. You have to avoid spicy and fried foods. Also avoid junk food and fast food. If your problems are worse, you need to take an ecg and take medications.

Sir I am an old man aged 70 years. More over I am a bachelor. I have under gone by pass surgery on 01.03.2014 from Pariyaram Medical college and at present taking medicines as per the prescription of the cardiologist. In addition to that I have the problem of prostat enlargement for which a consulted the Urologist.After taking flow test and Urine RE I have been advised to take alfosin 10 and now changed to Solodin 8 mm one at bed time. My symtems are freequent urnation during night, abnormal gas formation obstruction for releasing the gas and slight pain lovel abdomine at left side.No in digestion, burning sensation or belching. I suppose the prostate enlargement is second stage. Could kindly advise the best medicine to avoid another operation in the near future. With regards

Hello Your BP is in normal limits but you have to take medicine for high blood sugar levels. Take Syzygium jambo. 1x, 2 tabs in the morning and 2 tabs in the evening before meals. Check your blood sugar level after 7 days.

there is three main steps to control blood sugar. 1 medicines 2 diet 3 yoga. in your case you have to start doing yoga and follow diabetic diet. diet and yoga play major role to control blood sugar level.there are some specific asana to control diabetes.more detail consult me privately.

Try the following remedy it will surely help you 2. Turmeric is another spice that can help treat clogged arteries and make your heart healthy and more functional. Curcumin, the main component of turmeric, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help prevent blood platelets from forming clots. Moreover, turmeric extracts can lower the level of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), or ‘bad’ cholesterol, to reduce buildup in the arteries. It can also relax blood vessels and reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a little honey to a glass of warm milk. Drink it 1 or 2 times daily. Take turmeric supplements. The usual recommended dosage is 400 to 600 mg 3 times daily. However, consult a doctor before taking any supplements. Also, include turmeric powder in your cooking. Causes: Low levels of magnesium in the blood (hypomagnesemia) Low levels of potassium in the blood (hypokalaemia) Myocarditis – inflammation of the heart muscle This is very helpful.

As you are above 40 years it the best to check your heasrt status by a TMT and job which needs sitting for a long time demands getting up and makind a short walk in between .Physical symptoms of stress include: • Low energy. • Headaches. • Upset stomach, including diarrhoea, constipation and nausea. • Aches, pains, and tense muscles. • Chest pain and rapid heartbeat. • Insomnia. • Frequent colds and infections. • Loss of sexual desire and/or ability. STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1. Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2. Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3. Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4. Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. It won’t hurt other people’s feelings as much as you think and is simply a method to be more assertive in your own life, to better help you meet your own needs. 16. Get the right amount of sleep. For most people, this is seven to nine hours a night. 17. Cultivate a sense of humor; laugh. 18. Research has shown that having a close, confiding relationship protects you from many stresses. 19. Don’t run from your problems! This only makes them worse. 20. Talk to your family and friends. See if they can help. If these tips don’t help, or you’ve tried a lot of them with little luck in better taming the stress in your life, it may be time to consider taking it up a notch. A mental health professional — such as a psychologist — can help teach you more effective methods for handling stress in a healthy way in your life. Hello, no need to worry if all your reports are normal. You need to take iron tonic to increase the hemoglobin and please take worm medicine before taking iron tonic.
