I think ur suffering from piles..u need to do proper homeopathic treatment...dont take mutton.take food having high fibre.take boiled ladies finger daily..take non-spicy food.bt for permanent solution u need proper homeopathic treatment..

Arthritis? Types of Arthritis? Food to eat and food to avoid for Arthritis.

Arthritis means Joint inflammation caused due to stiffness, swelling, pain in the joints. People from all the ages, sexes, races can and do have arthritis.

The most common type of Arthritis is osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid.

Best food for Arthritis-
Low Fat Diary products like Milk, Yogurt, and cheese are packed with calcium and vitamin, both are found to increase bone strength.

Have oily Fish like Tuna, Salmon, sardines for Arthritis. Having marine life for your meal could calm arthritis- Inflammation.

Onion, Garlic, Leeks have been proven to fight inflammations.

Have unsalted nuts and seeds.

Have fresh fruits, especially pineapples, cherries, oranges, kiwi fruits, berries.

Have fresh vegetables like carrots, beets, and zucchini.

Whole grain cereals.

A well-balanced diet rich in antioxidant, i.e. Green, red, yellow, orange fruits, and vegetables goes a long way in preventing the progression of Arthritis.

There are few types of food to be avoided during Arthritis which can worsen Arthritis symptoms.

It can give you more energy, help you sleep better, control your weight, make your bones and muscles stronger, decrease fatigue, If you have arthritis, you have more reasons to exercise:

Keep your joints from becoming too stiff.

Keep the muscles around your joints strong.

Keep bone and cartilage tissue strong and healthy.

Improve your overall fitness.
What happens without exercise?

If you don't exercise, your muscles become smaller and weaker, and your bones can become more brittle. Many people with arthritis keep their joints in a bent position because it's more comfortable. If the joints stay in one position for too long (without movement) they can become stuck in that position. If this happens, you may even lose the use of those joints. Exercise moves these joints and helps keep them as flexible as possible.

Hello, •Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by  improving your stamina. •Tk,  plenty of water to hydrate your body. •Your diet be easily digestible, thrice a day, preferably -high in protein, carbohydrates- and fats, take  fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. • Tk,  apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk,  almonds. •Tk, banana with hot milk in the breakfast. •Add ghee in lunch. Go for aerobics. Tk,  homoeopathic medicine: @ AlfalfaQ -10 drops,  thrice with little water. Avoid, junkfood, ,alcohol & nicotine. Tk,  care.

I am 68 years old. The skin on the back of my hands, on the knuckles appears to be dried up and looks reddish and rough. Earlier there were cuts on the knuckles but after applying MALAI there are no cuts but the skin still rough and dry on the knuckles of hands.

Use rose herbal face pack. Or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on skin and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Use almond oil after it for moisturizing the skin. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

I am 27 years old, I had relationship for 2 years, we use to have sex frequently most of the time, but now from 1 year I am single ,for first six months I use to masturbate 3 to 4 times a week, but from last six months I am concentrating on health, will do regular exercise for 1 hour, since I started exercising I am not getting feeling of having sex or masturbate, is exercising is causing less sex feeling effect.

No it's not like that. But you need to enhance quality and quantity of semen (shukra dhatu) by certain foods, herbs n minerals. Pl continue exercises. Take milk n ghee. For the time being pl take ashwagandha tabs of himalaya 2 bd for 15 days or till you revert.

Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water, organic citrus fruits, vitamin C supplements help a lot. Necessary antibiotics, urinary alkalisers, anti inflammatory medications require prescription of your doctor (who may decide depending upon your evaluation with required blood and urine tests). Keep the genitals clean with antiseptic liquids, dry.Wear loose, clean,cotton inner wears. Avoid exposure to excess heat. Avoid smoking, alcohol if using. Keep blood sugar under control.
