Weightloss is lifestyle disorder. Lifestyle changes including diet change is key. What is needed is to understand her underlying metabolic disorder which causes hormonal changes and keep her obese. She needs personalized nutritional plan as per her metabolic state. Merely eating low calorie food and walking may not be enough for her.

Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption. Smoking and non vegetarian. Drink lots of juices and plenty of water. Eat green vegetables and salads. Do pranayama early in the morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Drop 1-1 drop of cow ghee in your nostrils at night time before sleep. Take chandra prabha vati with milk.

You should follow sleep hygiene rules. They are. 1. Excercise regularly for one hour preferably in the morning times. If you do in the evening time, the time gap between your bed time and excercise should be 4 hrs. 2. Avoid laptop/tv/computer/mobile during your bed time. 3. Avoid stimulants like tea, coffee one hour before bed time 4. Do relaxing things like listening music, reading books etc. Before your bed time 5. Follow them regularly.

I am over 50 male, in my right leg at the top of Ankle the skin has dotted black spots and in some parts of ankle it covers the ankle, it is not harmful or gives pain but it look odd and dirty, on my left lg ankle it is not so black spotted. I have no B>P or Sugar or any heart disease. I want to get rid of this black spotted right ankle, kindly give some lotion or pills to get rid of this black spot spread on my right ankle.

Blend one tablespoon of lemon juice and yogurt with two tablespoons of gram flour powder. Add a pinch of turmeric to this mixture and blend them well into a paste. Apply this pack on the affected area and massage it for 3 minutes. Allow it to dry for 20 minutes and wash the area using lukewarm water.

When people are very scared they tend to increase urination and may increase bowel movement. You should meet with a counselor and deal with your fear. The stress that you feel is not dependent on the stressor: It is entirely dependent on your perception of stress. Life is difficult no doubt, as a general rule, but what we do adds to the stress in our response. We add to the stress of life instead of reducing it or learning to deal with it. Many of us follow a policy of avoidance. We cannot do that all of our lives. So the first thing to do is to change your perception. For example, look at it as a challenge that you would like to meet with a positive outlook. See everything as a gift from God to perform as though you are doing it for Him. God never gives us work to do beyond our capacity. Build a good constitution mentally, emotionally and physically to combat stress. Eat healthily, sleep well, and exercise regularly. Talk about your emotions regularly to a good friend or counselor every day. Learn stress management techniques. Do Yoga and meditation. Pray every day to God to give you the strength, and offer your work as a prayer to Him – you will give your best and you will feel so satisfied when you do it well.

it may be due to hormonal imbalance.first get an ultrasound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.take proper treatment for hormonal imbalance.you can remove hair on chin naturally by home remedy Grind oatmeal coarsely and then add lemon juice and honey. Stir it well and apply this on your face evenly. Let it sit for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then gently rub the face in the circular motion for about 2 – 5 minutes. Rub against the direction of the hair growth. Wash it off with water and repeat this for 2 – 3 times a week.

A chickenpox scar can be treated in a variety of ways. They can be excised, or cut out, and there will be a scar, but typically it will be much less noticeable than the one you have. Over time, 1-2 years, our patients have trouble finding the scars. The scars can be treated with laser after surgery and they respond much better than without surgery. Be hopeful, this is able to be treated.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

To know the reason of excess hair fall for a female of age 22, what type of tests are required to do?

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from thistake Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.
