We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need root canal treatment. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, allergy), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

How to make Teeth white------------ (a) Avoid Certain Foods/Drinks When Possible: We’re not asking you to give up your morning coffee, just to reduce the intake of the above foods as much as possible. Sometimes simply being aware can help us make better choices.-------- (b) Drink Water: After you’ve consumed a tooth-staining food or drink try to immediately follow it with a glass of water. Swirling water around your mouth can drastically help clear away the acids or staining. This simple step is free and easy, and can drastically help reduce tooth discoloration.---------------- (c) Proper Dental Hygiene: Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental checkups help keep teeth healthy for a lifetime. Develop these habits early and you’re less likely to have dental problems down the line.------------- (d) Teeth Whitening: The good news is that there are many options available to whiten teeth. Some can be done at home while others can take help of Homoeopathic medicines.------------ Homoeopathic medicine------------ HEKLA LAVA TOOTH POWDER (WHEEZAL) Scrub teeth daily night------------ IN morning use any good quality tooth paste----------------- RINSEOUT (SBL) Gargles 20 drops in 20 ml luke warm water. Gargles 3 times daily while holding water for 20 seconds in mouth esp. After meals.------------

To remove the leftover food particles, it is very necessary to use a mouthwash after every meal during the orthodontic treatment.

Bleeding gums are sign of infection due to plaque and calculus. Get scaling done by a dentist. For temporary relief, use mouthwash twice daily after proper brushing. Forceful gargle with water after eating or drinking anything. Avoid sticky n sweet food. Limit your food intake to 3-4 times a day.

Hi, you are right, flourosis is one of the cause of yellow discoloration of teeth. There is no home remedy for making them white. You have to visit your dentist and get bleaching or veneering done. Regards.

Saving a fallen tooth can be useful. Try to keep it in place while you seek immediate medical attention. If that is not the case, try wrapping the tooth in a piece of plastic or soaking it into milk and call for immediate dental service.
