I have black circles for 10 years what I should do for reducing it simple tips for 10 years boy.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

How to lose weight I have perfect weight or no what is the perfect weight for 18 year.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hi lybrate-user, I would recommend you for glowing skin use an apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or you can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you want to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

I am a 24 year old male and my question is does how much sleep require for an male of my age. And any precautions to reduce pain in eyes due to lack of sleep and any more suggestions regarding any effects due to lack of sleep. Please advice me.

What is the diet for an athlete for higher calories requirements and also do not gain too much weight.

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

There is nothing like that due to those tablets ur teeth are weak once u visit a dentist so that a through examination is done if possible get cleaning of ur teeth and ask the doctor to give some medicines for strength ur gums like massaging paste.

The reasons for burning pain in epigastric & hypochondriac region could be many. But invariably such a symptom may occur due to excess acidity and or peptic ulcer. But since he has cardiac problems sometimes those conditions also mimic such symptoms. So it is better to consult your local physician. If simple excess acidity is there then that can be controlled by using drugs called proton pump inhibitors, on empty stomach.

Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood .due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. So avoid spicy food ,stress less night sleep so take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

I am 28 year old, my wait vary between 57.5-60 kg. My height is 5'7" My hands, hips, thighs and legs are are thin. How to make them fine. How much is the perfect wait for me? Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.
