Hi. Headache is pain in any region of the head. Headaches may occur on one or both sides of the head, be isolated to a certain location, radiate across the head from one point, or have a viselike quality. A headache may appear as a sharp pain, a throbbing sensation or a dull ache. Headaches can develop gradually or suddenly, and may last from less than an hour to several days. If You give through a description of the condition, the type of pain and the timing and pattern of attacks and food habits. It can be helpful for us to give appropriate medication. Here by I am advicing few General medication which helps to relieve headache. Medication:-According to ayurveda based on individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Ayurvedic therapies (panchakarma) for migraine: 1. Shirolepa – Application of herbal pastes which pacify Pitta Dosha like Sandalwood, camphor, Jatamansi. 2. Shiro Dhara – pouring of thin stream of liquid over scalp. 3. Shiro basti-Retaining the medicated oils over the leather cap fitted over the scalp. Any vata-pitta pacifying oils are beneficial for this purpose. 4. Sneha nasya – Instillation of medicated oils can be carried to the nostrils. Shamana (Internal medication):- 1. Pathyadi khada-10 ml with warm water twice a day after food. 2. Tab Niargim-1 tab twice a day after food. 3. Tab Kamaduga with mouktik-1 tab twice a day before food. Tips:- 1. Do not take pain mitigating medicines frequently. Over intake of pain medicines may cause rebound headache and may eventually increase the frequency of migraines. 2. Make sure to sleep and eat at regular intervals. 3. Make sure to sleep at least 7 hours at night. 4. Avoid fasting. It will increase both Pitta and Vata dosha, worsening migraines. Do not skip meals. 5. Quit smoking and get rid of alcoholic addiction 6. Do not drink strong coffee / tea. Make it light. 7. Do not take too hot water bath or too cold water bath.

Keep area clean with plain water. Keep it dry, don't put any cream unless prescribed by doctor. Avoid spilling of milk over there. Avoid heavy clothing so sweat doesn't cause irritation and friction.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples

Tip 1: Get more physical activity
There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you:
• Lose weight
• Lower your blood sugar
• Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range
Research shows that both aerobic exercise and resistance training can help control diabetes, but the greater benefit comes from a fitness program that includes both.
Tip 2: Get plenty of fiber
It's rough, it's tough — and it may help you:
• Reduce your risk of diabetes by improving your blood sugar control
• Lower your risk of heart disease
• Promote weight loss by helping you feel full
Foods high in fiber include fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts and seeds.
Tip 3: Go for whole grains
Although it's not clear why, whole grains may reduce your risk of diabetes and help maintain blood sugar levels. Try to make at least half your grains whole grains. Many foods made from whole grains come ready to eat, including various breads, pasta products and many cereals. Look for the word "whole" on the package and among the first few items in the ingredient list.
Tip 4: Lose extra weight
If you're overweight, diabetes prevention may hinge on weight loss. Every pound you lose can improve your health, and you may be surprised by how much. Participants in one large study who lost a modest amount of weight — around 7 percent of initial body weight — and exercised regularly reduced the risk of developing diabetes by almost 60 percent.
Tip 5: Skip fad diets and just make healthier choices
Low-carb diets, the glycemic index diet or other fad diets may help you lose weight at first, but their effectiveness at preventing diabetes isn't known nor are their long-term effects. And by excluding or strictly limiting a particular food group, you may be giving up essential nutrients. Instead, think variety and portion control as part of an overall healthy-eating plan.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi lybrate-user. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

To gain stamina you have to exercise and eat well. You also need to check your vitamd3 n b12 status. Do not stop exercising. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Firstly if you are underweight, you need to increase your weight to get back fuller cheeks. At a certain age you lose the teen fats from your face, which is natural. Trying to get chubby cheeks does not mean just piling up fat on your face. You can try to achieve it by toning your facial skin. Also, a good balanced diet is crucial to healthy looking skin. A few natural techniques, exercises and home remedies can give your cheeks a plumper and chubby look. 1. Facial yoga is the best way to get chubby cheeks and tone sagging skin.  2. You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. 3. Olive Oil, shea butter, coconut oil and ghee works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles, tightens skin and makes cheeks look younger. 4. Fenugreek can also help you get chubby yet firm cheeks. Apply methi powder paste as a mask for 10 minutes a day. 5. Rose water should be applied on cheeks before going to bed, and leave it on overnight. The next morning, rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy once daily. 6. Honey helps the skin retain moisture so it looks healthier and plumper. Adding honey to your diet or applying as a pack on cheeks, both are beneficial.  7. Massage your face with cold milk to make skin appear fuller. Avoid smoking and drinking as these habits can cause skin to lose elasticity and make you look older than your age. Drink an ample amount of water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. Put sunscreen on your face to protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. Eat foods like nuts and seeds with healthy fats to get smooth and healthy skin.

Avoid spicy food. Avoid fatty food. Do not let your stomach b empty for long time. Eat something in every 3-4 hrs interval. With this you need some blood test and usg of whole abdomen to know whtr your suffering from any gastric or liver diseases or not. With this you need proper homeopathic treatment for cure. Black patchs on face can b due to an infection or inflammation. They need treatment. Use melaglow rich over these dark patches twice daily for a month and follow up. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything.

Sir, I am 31 yrs old and I was suffering from ocd and depression 7 years ago. I am continuing anti depressants till date. By nature of medicine I don't get sleep at night rather I feel sleepy in morning. There is lot of fatigue and restlessness still. Don't feel like doing exercises too. For your age excessive Urination could be due to 1.Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2.Urinary Tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5.Diabetes mellitus/Diabetes inspidus, Hypertension, 6. stress/Anxiety/nervousness , 7.Do urine Re/Me, Blood sugar testing,Take USG KUB, and consult urologist for advice
