Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. •Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. •Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. Do not do over sex, once in a weak is ok. Eat a healthy diet, consume hot milk (cow) with 3 banana as the first thing in morning, both of you can eat. Use cow ghee in your meals, start doing surya namaskar in morning and consume a heavy breakfast before 9: 00 am.

Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Hello dear you do need medicines, yes I agree the Dr. Should have listened to you & sggsted some life style measures as well, as you have mentioned treatment without medicines, that's a long process but the benefits are life-long. You should have a healthy start in the morning relatively relaxed mornings, some light exercise, avoid bed during day time keep it only for sex & sleep, no watching t. V. No reading and go to bed only when feeling sleepy, don't go to bed and wait for sleep, whatever time you might sleep, start your morning at a fixed time, avoid intoxicants--alcohol, smoking etc; socialise, not as a patient, normally. These kind of routine initially might appear difficult but in the long run benefits are huge, wishing you all the best!

It is very common to experience fatigue when you are studying long hours. It depends on the amount of rest you are getting as well. Sleep deprivation as well as lack of sleep or insomnia may lead to concentration difficulties and problems with memory or ability to remember what you have read a well. Restlessness and irritability are also common symptoms of poor sleep. I believe you should take scheduled breaks and adequate amount of sleep (about 6-7 at the very least) to be able to study towards becoming successful. I hope this helps. My arms are too much weak I'm 20 years old but I even cannot do 5 pull-ups. I get my hands shaking vigorously if I perform 2-3 of them. What should I do to get my arms have some toughness. And my height is 5'5" I also want to get a bit more. I don't want to be a 6 inch guy. But I want 3-4 inch more of it. And with the height I have also got another problem. Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

What is the best time of having green tea .n how many cups should I have. Is there any side effect? N my weight is 80 kg. My daily routine is as follows. Morning after brushing I have amla n aloe Vera juice in lukewarm water in empty stomach, den go to gym, come back have a cup of bournvita or tea. Den before coming to office I have my breakfast n it includes bhat (rice, dal ,sabji, fish,chkin. Whatever is cooked. Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: - practice good oral hygiene. - brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. - don't forget to brush the tongue, too. - replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. - use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. - see your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. - drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. - chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

HelloSir/Ma'am, I started my college in a city (Relatives house) I didn't choose with a right presence of mind rather was talked into it. As soon as I started with it, I started regretting my decision on choosing the place on someone else's advice rather than picking up something of my own will, was too carefree I guess. But I decided to go with the flow, having whatever little or big opportunity I had in my hands, but I always felt disinterested and dislocated from a decent state of mind. Later in the first year if my college, I got dengue while on my college trip to Delhi, since that preety much everything about my health has changed. The most important point im trying to make here is that I didn't like the place I was staying in the people (mostly elder, the conversations. I felt like a fish out of water, unaccepted, and shallow. Since I couldn't mingle up with most people because of my disinterested state and the after affects of dengue hovering on my head, everything seemed bloated! Couldn't sleep, was extremely fatigued, gaining weight, hell of confusions and was shocked as I was also loosing my hair. Got into a major bike accident. Things just got worst. All negativity started pouring in. It's been a year and half, I've managed to get out of all of that but it still doesn't fell appropriate in terms of health. I've changed. The thing that got stuck after in my head, seeing my hair loss happening was absurd. But please verify it to me. Does masturbation or Porn viewing has any relation to it (I Did it in a normal way, but had this tabooish guilt. I don't know. What triggered what? I just kept guessing and thinking. Is it the regretful and stressful college stay, dengue, or the taboo I think! Sorry for writing this long, I just wanted to express it in an understandable manner. Thank You and please guide me to get things off my head.

Hi, it's just a general weakness you are facing right now. Along with it, you may be having home-sickness which is also giving you a negative feeling (a person always feels comfortable where he has been born and brought up); you are going through tough time that's why seems to be in a depressive phase. Nothing to worry, think about positive things, be in a group of positive people, practice breathing exercises (like pranayam, a anulom-vilum, kapal-bhatti) which releases stress from your body; take a walk in a green area (park/ garden/ lawn). Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - natrum mur. 30/ 3 times a day and kali phos. 6x/ once at night daily for 1 month. Revert.

Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. To regain energy, ensure you drink ample water through the day and that your meals are wholesome and complete and that your daily diet includes fruits and fresh vegetables. Hope this helps.

Its nt about the arteries its about the retracted scar tissue post burns. The scar tissue can be released and your hand can be made straight with ex-fixator f/b skin grafting. Range of motion at wrist joint might get compromised at times consult an orthopaedician or a plastic surgeon.
