Get plenty of rest, especially while you have a fever. Rest helps your body fight infection. Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain. Avoid alcohol. Use saline (salt water) nose drops to help loosen mucus and moisten the tender skin in your nose.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned the nose bleeding is suspected as [Pulmonary AV Fistula]so you need a clinical examination by your Doctor and do few investigations like [ECG, ECHO, Chest X-ray and CT scan]and treatment plan is surgical. Secondly, mouth stuck is due to TMJ disorder and for it, you need to visit your physio for specific exercise plan and if no result then do surgical corrections of TMJ joints and it is a minor procedure. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this - a) Avoid overuse of jaw muscles. Eat soft foods. Cut food into small pieces. Steer clear of sticky or chewy food. Avoid chewing gum. B) Stretching and massage. Your physical therapist may show you how to do exercises that stretch and strengthen your jaw muscles and how to massage the muscles yourself. C) Applying warm, moist heat or ice to the side of your face may help alleviate pain. Hope that helps If you need further help then follow me with reports.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned if you have already done a clinical examination by your Doctor then do an MRI scan to confirm it. If painkiller you are taking but no result then stop it and discuss with your Doctor about [amitriptyline].which you need to take 50 mg at bedtime. Use an oral splint and discuss with your physiotherapist for treatments like ultrasound, moist heat, and ice along with exercises to stretch and strengthen jaw muscles. Do lifestyle modifications like this - 1) Avoid overuse of jaw muscles. Eat soft foods. Cut food into small pieces. Steer clear of sticky or chewy food. Avoid chewing gum. 2) Stretching and massage. Blood in sputum is an alarm symptom and is indicative of something beyond a simple sinusitis. Please get a chest xray, sputum test and sinus xrays. And consult.

Of all the possible holistic or alternative treatments available, Chronic Sinusitis stands the best chance of being cured by Homeopathy. This has been my personal first hand experience as a homeopathic doctor as well as the experience of hundreds of patients of sinusitis who got cured by Homeopathy. The Homeopathic treatment of sinusitis is far superior as it does not resort to any strong medicines or antibiotics. The homeopathic medicine for sinusitis is mild and has the additional benefit that it does not cause any side effect at all. In fact, it strengthens the immunity of the patient and helps in fighting other infections also You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Hello. The most common cause of this kind of symptom is GERD. It is gastro eosophageal reflux disorder. Where the acid normally or excessively formed in your stomach regurgitates back into your food pipe (eosophegus. Due to this there is often a feeling of something obstructing the throat. Also this is very common in anxiety neurosis. You should therefore taken certain antacids like rabeprazole+levosulpride combination which might do wonders. This is to be taken once daily, empty stomach. Also avoid having spicy food which also cause hyper acidity and avoid lying down just after having food.
