Hair is part of the body.Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Any cosmetic product will not help you in controlling hair fall.They are used to condition the scalp. Eat food which is rich in proteins,minerals and iron .Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:
S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A
SIMPLE SENTENCE (Coherently)
(i.e. Chicken Soup)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

Weight loss is a scientific process & if you want to reduce it without exercise, you have to be very particular about food choices, include more fiber, I would advice to take a balance diet and be in negative energy balance under the supervision of diet expert.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. I am suffering from high amount of hair fall from last 2 months and I have changed my shampoo and I put oil also but then also there is no change. Please help me out what else can I do to stop my hair fall.

Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Also use arnica montana q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating and exercise routine.                     Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing that is going to give to real fat loss.    It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called pills, medicines will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. These medications always have a fine print on them, which says, follow a healthy diet and mild exercise routine. So, none of these so called magic pills help when used in isolation. No wonder then, the moment you get off it, you gain back all the lost weight and more. So, even if you do decide to take them, do follow a good diet and exercise routine to see results.

Hello lybrate user, - 1st thing to do is changing the posture of mobile or pc usage, which might be the cause for the pain - also use thin and soft pillow - adopt neck exercises daily for 15 minutes - you can adopt what ayurveda says here, apply some medicated oils like sahacharadi taila and do hot fomentation for 15 min daily, which makes your muscles more flexible and strengthen the joints - do this for 10 days and if the pain still persist then take an x-ray and consult to the doctor in personal. Dear, there is no gain without gain. What is your age? you need to take out time for abs. I dont know if it would be six packs or so but there was a interesting schedule which includes, situps, cruches, leg raises and planks to be gradually increased. 30 days abs challenge, please browse and see if you can adapt. I am 22 year old. And 178 cm. Bt I have only 52 kg. What should I do to increase my weight within 1 month. I do eat lot of food. If I am lean because of my legacy can I treat it.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

For complete fifteen days apply aloe vera fresh leaf gel (peel the leaf) only after washing face with plain water. Keep overnight. Wash in the morning. Keep gut clean gut by tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp every night with warm water for two weeks. Eat non spicy, non greasy, less salty food. After two weeks consult for next wonderful tip that will change it all.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

The obesity epidemic was unfairly blamed on the consumption of carbs. While processed junk foods, which are high in refined grains and sugar are extremely fattening and unhealthy, fiber rich foods that also contain carbs are very healthy and essential for your diet. If you consume high fiber carbs moderately, it helps you maintain a healthy weight because if you get anything lower than approximately 50% of calories from carbohydrates, you are unhealthy. Carbohydrates, which are rich in fiber can be easily digested by your body.

Mentioned below are 10 food items which are extremely rich in carbs and should be consumed during breakfast for optimum health. 

  1. Apples: Despite the different colors, flavors and sizes, apples consist of 13 to 15% carbs, as well as many vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in healthy plant compounds, antioxidants and vitamin C. Apples are helpful in decreasing the risk of a few types of cancers, reducing heart diseases and improving blood sugar control. 
  2. Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potatoes are extremely nourishing. I am not losing my weight even I am following my diet very strictly can you give any suggestions please.

Hye, thanks for the query. That's exactly the reason why you are not losing weight. The further you crash your diet the further is the drop in metabolism and further is the lessening of fat burning. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.

Hi Dr. actually my friend she had a physical rltnship with her bf which they had no safety but she took unwanted 72 pills under 48 hours he had her periods so will you pls clarify that are there any chances to get pregnant.

If she had had her periods then, it means she is not pregnant. If by any chance she misses her periods, then confirm it by urine pregnancy test.
