Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Potatoes are crammed with carbohydrates. All forms of this stuffy food have major impact on weight gain. You can grill or bake potatoes with butter. If you have lower back pain pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. . You are not over eight yet you complain of belly fat. Therefore I suggest that you start yoga exercises. Add some protein in your diet. For this purpose start eating 200 gms of sprouted and steamed moong with curd in your breakfast. Do not eat fired foods. Eat lesser quantity of sugar and instead eat dates, and dry figs etc.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

I do marketing, a field job, I am always exposed to sun, so I met a doctor in my area (Panvel). Dr. Kulkarni very infamous doctor here, he started doing milk and mask peel on me and I got very fair as I was before joining marketing job. Every month I do these peels twice, after every 15 days. But from June he started using mild milk peels, which showed no results, and I have got dark again. I have complained him many times, but he said this is because of this climate. My issue is I use the creams given by him daily, I cover my face and I also use sunscreen and I also do peels on me after every 15 days, so why am I getting dark.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap.

Oedema in young girls is common phenomenon and it's called premenstrual tension. You can call it water retention also. Reduce salt to bare minimum. Take lots of potassium rich fruits like bananas, citrus fruit like oranges and lemon and other seasonal vegetables. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the system.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. I took norethisterone on the 20th of February when my period had just started and it stopped I got my period 3 days on the 26th-28th did the drug mess my cycle I have not received my period this month and I want to get pregnant.

Hormonal treatment may alter hormonal status so menstrual period but mess is huge word for that. If you have missed your period first thing to do is urine pregnancy test. Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials before you need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.
