Get your body profle done. You are too young to have all this problems. It can be pychological also if your body investigations are normal.

Looks like that you have wax in the ear. You will have to consult an ent surgeon who will examine the ear & decide on the further course of action.

I am suffering from tinnitus, the cause of tinnitus is high level of noise. I am engineer, so at my company there is hammering on metal plate and once I was standing near to it. From that day my ear can not listen properly, and also 24 hours continuous noise hearing even I am in silence. Please help me to cure tinnitus.

Master of Hospital Administration, Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology (B.A.S.L.P)
Speech Therapist, Gurgaon
First of all get your hearing test done along with tmt test (tinnitus matching test). Then go for tinnitus masker. Tinnitus maskers produce sounds that “mask,” or cover up, the tinnitus. The masking sound acts as a distractor The characteristics of the tinnitus (pitch, loudness, location, etc.) that you described for the audiologist determine what kind of masking noise might bring relief. Avoid coffee, tea and most important noisy places. Distract your mind by engaging in some activities. It vl help you.

I have wet, blocked (one side of nasal) nose every time like with sneezing some times eyes also become affected or become Red. Doctor allergy allergy Is there any solution of that?

MBBS, MS - ENT
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Ahmedabad
There is always a solution but it is not always simple. You have allergy. Try to find the cause first. Like dust smokes perfumes pollutants pollens animal dander, fungus etc. Try to avoid it if possible take steam inhalation twice a day and antihistamines for 1 month than get back to me. If you improve doesn't mean you are cured you need to stick to treatment for sometime duration can be different for different cases.

I have allergy to blocked nose and runny nose very frequently for long time. Then I take some medicine like cetrizine then get relief some time again same problem. Please suggest permanent solution.

MBBS
ENT Specialist, Navi Mumbai
There are 2 things which should be taken into consideration. One is allergy n other is blocked nose. Allergy is your body s own response to an allergen. Identify allergen (dust, mite, fungus, fumes, smoke, grass, pollens, animal dander etc etx .start using mask when going outside. Consult a good ENT surgeon n get prescribed anti allergic nasal spray and tablets. If no relief after a decent 3-6 months course go for allergic testing and start SLIT (sublingual immunotherapy ). Second is blocked nose: if its due to allergy you will get relief by above. If its due to anatomical reasons like septal deviation or turbinate hypertrophy or polyp/nasal mass etc then surgery will help. Hope this helps. Take steam daily take Care.

Hi what is meant by trymonoplasty operation ?Doctor has advised operation for me.Please suggest

MS - ENT(Gold Medalist), MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Delhi
This operation is done when there is csom i. E chronic suppurative otitis media in which there occurs perforation in the ear drum along with that there can be damage to ear ossicles (bone) that usually acts as a sound transmitter. In tympanoplasty reconstruction of ear ossicles or ear drum is done to maintain that sound conduction pathway again.

Sir mein 24 ka houn. Mein rraat ko sone ke baad kharate marta houn. Please give solutions to stop permanently.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Clear nasal passages. If you have a stuffy nose, rinse sinuses with saline before bed. Using a Neti pot, nasal decongestant, or nasal strips can also help you breathe more easily while sleeping. If you have allergies, reduce dust mites and pet dander in your bedroom or use an allergy medication. Keep bedroom air moist. Dry air can irritate membranes in the nose and throat, so if swollen nasal tissues are the problem, a humidifier may help. Change your sleeping position. Elevating your head four inches may ease breathing and encourage your tongue and jaw to move forward. There are specially designed pillows available to help prevent snoring by making sure your neck muscles are not crimped. Sleep on your side instead of your back.
