You need more insulin, two to three times daily. Timely increasing insulin dose can save heart, eyes, kidney etc. Don't delay to avoid big problems in near future. Once diabetes is controlled, dose of medicine can be reduced gradually. Take care.

Hello dear lybrate-user Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. It is the stomach ulcers and gastric erosions from the stomach acid which gives rise to pain. Guidelines for better recovery which is always conservative line of treatment at first glance - Drink plenty of liquids.- consume soft, light, bland, vegan diet.- Avoid all oily, spicy, non veg, hot beverages, junk foods, dairy fat.- Keep stomach empty to 25 % of satiety level during every major meals.- Avoid over eating or prolong fasting.- Do not sleep for 2 hours after lunch or dinner.- Keep head end of the bed elevated for 30 degrees when sleeping.- Avoid stress, anxiety.- Have regular sound sleep of 8 hours.- Avoid smoking, alcohol if using.- have regular habit of walking in fresh air, deep breathing exercises, YOGA which help tremendously - Consumption of PPI as omeprazole or pantoprazole on empty stomach with sips of water morning and evening helps great.- Keep your blood sugar, cholesterol levels, weight under control. Hope this clears your query. Wishing her fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards dear take care.

Common Cold

It is benign self?limiting syndrome caused by several viruses.
It is one of the most frequent acute illnesses.
The term ?common cold? refers to a mild upper respiratory viral illness presenting with sneezing, nasal congestion, nasal discharge, low grade fever, headache and malaise.
Common cold is not the same as influenza or common sore throat, which can also involve the heart.
Common cold affects a preschool child 5?7 times in a year and adult 2?3 times in a year.
It can spread by hand contact, by direct contact with the infected person or by indirect contact with a contaminated environmental surface.
It can also spread by small particle droplets that become airborne from sneezing or coughing.
It can also be transmitted via large particle droplets that typically require close contact with infected person.
Most important is hand to hand transmission of the virus.
Infection can also spread through circulating air in commercial airline passenger cabins.
Saliva does not spread any cold.
The disease is most infectious on the 2nd and 3rd day of illness.
However, a person may be infectious for upto two weeks.
Normal cold may last for 8?10 days.
The diagnosis is based on clinical findings.
Common cold can exacerbate asthma in susceptible individuals.

Dear lybrate-user, There is no relation between poor concentration and masturbation. Masturbation is just a way to release sexual excitement. Although poor concentration is a symptom of depression along with other symptom. You need an evaluation from psychiatrist. Good medicine with best results are available now. Consult psychiatrist we will certainly help you. Till then share your feeling with good friend or family member. Do brisk walking in the morning for 30 min. Try to maintain your sleep and wakeup time. These lifestyle changes will help you.

Sex doesnot depend on size or thickness of penis. It is an art. You have to rub your penis to clitoris, and both labia of your partner. To increase size and thickness use oil to massage penis and vaccum therapy of penis. Donot worry my dear deepak.

You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. It can be symptomatically treated with medicines so that you do not get any new hives. The treatment should be prolonged until it resolves which usually takes 1 to 6 months. Please contact me through online consult option for further details and treatment.

How Homeopathy Helps Manage Headache?

Headache or cephalgia, though is not a serious disease, but the condition has become a part of our daily life for most most of us. Homeopathy form of medicine classifies the headache into two major types i.e. primary headache and secondary headache. Sinusitis, excessive stress and strain to spinal cord or neck due to improper posturing are the major cause for primary headaches.

Secondary headaches are just the warning signal of any other serious pathological disease condition in our body. It might be because of any trauma in head, craniotomy surgeries, and compression of nerve endings because of growing tumour in neck or brain.

Homeopathy is an ancient form of medicine which identifies the exact cause of headache for the person and treats accordingly. Thus, the treatment modalities change from one individual to the other.

Homeopathic medicines for headache:
Belladonna, Pulsatilla, Nux vomica, Bryonia, Gelsemium, iris, Sanguinaria and spigelia are the commonly used homeopathic medicine to treat any type of headache even if it is migraine.

Homeopathy also advices certain self care remedies to relieve headache

  1. Exercises and massage: Doing exercises and massages improve the circulation and thereby relieve the headache.
  2. Proper posturing: Identify the postures that causes excessive muscle contraction and strain to the neck and spinal cord. Maintaining good posture helps in relieving headache because of muscle contractions.
  3. Rest: Headache indicates that your body is lacking adequate rest. Relax and sleep to relieve headache is the best natural way to calm your body from stress.
  4. Eat small frequent meals: Headache sometimes may also occur as a result of low glucose level so split your meals and have as small frequent feeds. Include foods such as spinach, olive oil and tofu or pumpkin seeds for person who get headache as a result of hypoglycaemic effect.
  5. Cold compress: Applying ice pack over your forehead helps in relieving the nagging type of headache.
  6. Stay hydrated : Dehydration is the main cause of headache so have frequent sips of water to maintain the hydration status. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopath and ask a free question.
