To get thick & strong follow these instructions and methods: •Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Hello, there are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! exercises: practice shavasana or corpse pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc. Another stress-buster can be getting involved in any of your hobbies (may be a childhood hobby which you used to enjoy a lot!) - dancing, singing, painting, listening to soothing music, playing musical instruments, etc. (believe me, you would really enjoy doing this alone as well or may be with your friends, kids). Medication: take homoeopathic medication - schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos. 6x/ once at night - take them for 4 weeks.

If delivery was normal, get iucd fitted from a reputed place. I will not suggest pills because you may be feeding your baby. Other methods have a failure rate of more than 10%. So do not even think about condoms or safe period in a month giving you any protection.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Chest pain at your age could be due to hyperacidity, stress, anxiety or sedentary habit -avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have fresh homemade food, do not skip meals, keep your meal timings fixed, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than 3 large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, do not lye down immediately after meals -have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion -take syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful 20 min after every meal -do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming for 30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing exercises for 5-10 min in the morning to relieve stress & for good blood circulation -keep yourself relaxed as getting excited can lead to pain -also get your BP checked up, if not much relief then have to do investigations & consult a doctor.

You are into an abusive relationship and there may be other problems that make you still remain in such love with the abuser. You may be needing abuse as a way of feeling wanted anyway! The boy does not sound a suitable match for you. But if you are still unable to come out of this relationship I suggest you meet with a counselor and get some guidance as to how you can deal with this situation. There must be love, respect, and commitment, and he must bring out the best in you. You are not even prepared for he exams and busy caught up with boy who is causing the depression. It sounds all wrong and you must either get out of this relationship or go for counseling.

How to Avoid Tooth Decay

Your mouth is the breeding place for various bacteria. These bacteria use the sugar in food and turn them into acids. These acids then react with a tooth, gradually drilling a hole in it, which is infamously known as a tooth cavity. 

You might wonder why exactly this happens. When your teeth are subjected to acid frequently, the repeated acid attacks on the enamel, the enamel starts losing its minerals. The first sign of tooth decay is when a white spot appears on the tooth. This white spot is the area from where the enamel has lost its minerals. If not taken care of from the time this early sign of decay makes an appearance, then the decay just gets more serious and the white spot will turn into a cavity.

Here are some tips to avoid tooth decay altogether:

  1. Use fluoride based toothpaste and mouthwash: Fluoride prevents tooth decay from maturing. It can even reverse or stop tooth decay, which is in its early stage. It also protects the tooth from further decay and replenishes the lost minerals from the enamel and prevents any further loss. It also reduces the acid making ability of the bacteria present in the mouth.
  2. Keep a check on food: Keep a study check on what you are eating. If you eat too much of junk food or food which contains a lot of sugar regularly, then suffering from a tooth decay is inevitable. Try to limit those foods to maybe once or twice a week.
  3. Brush your teeth: Brush your teeth regularly, preferably with fluoride toothpaste. Not only will the fluoride toothpaste protect your teeth, the toothbrush will also take out any food particle stuck between two teeth.  Brush at least twice a day or preferably after every meal and before bed.
  4. Use dental floss: Clean in between your teeth with a dental floss.
  5. Eat cheese: Cheese contains casein which prevents tooth decay or cavity formation.
  6. Visit your dentist regularly: Make sure you visit your dentist regularly to keep your teeth healthy.

It may be tempting to eat fast food, but greasy foods are among the worst culprits for hair loss. If you have a craving for a burger and fries, your best bet is to cook the burger yourself and dice, season and bake some potato wedges (leaving the skins on) to go along with it. Try to limit your intake of excessively cold, spicy and sugary foods as well. These can tax your body, and when your body’s fighting something unhealthy, it’s not functioning at its peak level.

I am using mintop foam 5 % 2 times a day and I dont apply hair oil for 2days and the 3rd day ill apply gingely oil wait for 1 hour and wash it off again on the 3rd day night ill apply mintop foam is this fine.

I have pimples problem and same time black heads around the nose I have tried various face wash but no cure is done so please consultant for this cure.

Pimples are nothing but blockage of your sebum gland. Where the inflammation occurs due to infection. It's mainly a hormonal disease some time due to stress and pollution also may b thee cause.
