Hello, You can delay menses by taking progesterone pills from day 22 of your cycle daily till as long as you wish to delay your menses.

you may follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk every day. Warm water drinking3-5litres sufficient for your problems. Make sure your bowel should be cleared every day. You may use khichari and dariya with green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. No fried or junk food and alcohol or vinegar. Arogya vardhini vati 1 tab soot shekhar ras. 1 tab prawal panchamrut. 1 tab mahashankh vati. 2tabs twice daily with warm water after meals. Kumaryasav. 15 ml abhayarist. 15 ml twice daily with water after meals. You need to maintain your daily diet control and daily behaviours as well as exercise.

For thick and long hairs follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi. Avoid drink out sided water and more cold water. Burning sensation cause by itching by infected water or foods or dust area. Drink warm water after meals. Do gargle with warm water. Avoid high acidic foods. High acidic foods also create burning sensation. Then take few alkline foods to control acidity. Milk is best option for it.

7 Foods You Should Eat to Boost Your Energy Levels

There are times when you feel extremely fatigued and tired. This could be because of the type of foods that you are consuming on a regular basis. Certain foods, when consumed tend to spike up your blood sugar level and make you feel sleepy and sloppy.

There are certain foods which you can have to boost your energy levels:

1. Vinegar: You can add vinegar to your food and salads to prevent your blood sugar levels from spiking. Vinegar is said to have properties that prevent excessive starch absorption in the body; it also keeps your metabolic rate elevated. Mix vinegar with a glass of water and have it after meals to prevent fatigue.

2. Fruits: Fruits can provide instant energy if you are feeling lethargic. Usually in the afternoon, eating a fruit such as an apple or a watermelon will provide an instant burst of energy. Make sure you keep your portion sizes under control; else too much sugar can mess with your system.

3. Nuts: Nuts are very healthy foods to snack upon as they contain heart healthy fats and Omega-3 acids. Nuts also contain proteins that are good for your muscles and fat loss goals. Being rich in fiber, they also promote satiety.

4. Dark chocolate: You can include small portions of dark chocolate for your dessert cravings after lunch as it contains “theobromine” which helps in boosting your mood and energy levels.

5. Whole grains: Include whole grains in your diet; avoid eating refined products such as white rice and refined flour. Refined carbohydrates can spike your blood sugar levels and lead to feeling of fatigue. Eating whole grains also provides a steady supply of energy to the body.

6. Cardamom: Add these spices to your dishes and tea as they are known to stimulate blood flow and increase energy levels in the body. It is known to expand the blood vessels in the body to increase blood flow.

7. Asparagus: Asparagus contains important vitamins that allow efficient conversion of sugar into energy. It also contains plenty of fibers that promote satiety. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Use same cream but change your food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, prikales, spacy, fast food etc. Take simpal veg food with salad both times. Home made will help you. Do arobic excersices, yoga will also help you.

Your orthodontist will guide you better, ask him since he is doing the treatment, and yes teeth do have a possibility to regain the previous position so he will give some treatment for retention phase also.

Sir my brother is schizophrenic since 1998. Engineer by profession. In 2008 he moved to australia for studies and work. Before that in india he was not doing anything but to disturb other family members. He uses to get violent. Mom. N dad used to cry. We tried various doctors for treatment n succeeded a little bit. After moving to australia he took. Medicine for 1 and half years then he stopped it saying that he is alright. Recently I lost my father. ME n my mom. Are staying here in india. Whenever my brother comes home I get very scared. I'm a working woman, unmarried. Recently I feel a little disturbed so as to how to handle all the pressures. MOm's health, brother's erratic behaviour etc. I'm 35 years old. Let me know what I should do when my brother comes to INdia and how to cheer myself up.

I think he can be put on what are known as depot injections. Basically he will not need to take medicines daily; just one injection a month. It is very common for relatives of schizophrenia to have depression and feel stressed. You need to be evaluated for this and treated accordingly. Please understand that none of this is your fault. In fact you and your mother are brave and have shown extraordinary courage that people often lack! after all these years of caring for your brother, mother and dad, it is now time for you to care for yourselves! don't neglect it!

For ankle swelling elevate your limb while sleeping (keep one 2 pillow under the legs) and do the ankle movements whenever you are free. As well as take medication for microalbumenaria.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective.Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap. sunlight damages skin, it's color and texture. Uv rays enter even through the window. So make sure to use sunscreen everytime both inside and outside. Avoid cosmetics. Use cold water to wash face with a mild cleanser. Remove soap from your armamentarium. Make sure to have plenty of tomatoes and oranges. Vitamin c supplements vil help you. It's very important to b stress free. Don't use scrubs for your face, it'll grow more dark.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy.

drink warm water in empty stomach. do not eat spicy or oily or junk food. you can skip milk for few days and take curd instead. try not to eat raw salads. try to eat frequent small meals. do not keep yourself hungry for longer time. do not eat maida or processed items.

Hii, I really appreciate your self control of not to chewing gutakha. It's sound good that you r taking treatment for it but you need to followup with the Dr. again & ask them your queries whatever you have. Second thing is if you don't have any craving for gutakha it means you r really taking efforts to stop it. Create your own self confidence to come out from the addiction of gutakha.
