During the tests I found the below my cholesterol level total is 282 mg/dl, TOTAL CHOLESTEROL PHOTOMETRY 282 mg/dl 125-200 HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 41 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT PHOTOMETRY 180 mg/dl 85-130 TRIGLYCERIDES PHOTOMETRY 419 mg/dl TC/ HDL CHOLESTEROL RATIO CALCULATED 7 LDL / HDL RATIO CALCULATED 4.4 VLDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 83.81 mg/dl NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 241 mg/ kindly advice.

Your cholesterol parameters are on higher side. If your mentioned weight is correct then you are overweight, though you have not mentioned your height. You need to reduce fat-weight as body fat is directly linked to triglycerides. Weight reduction generally brings down cholesterol as well. You need to stop consuming all milk products and take natural vegetarian diet. Stop taking processed and packed foods that contain sugar, maida & oil. This will help you in reducing weight.

Respected Sir Madam, I have suffered with anxiety and sleeping disorder from last two months. Taking alprazolam 0.25 twice a day. Now feeling better. But sometimes a day I feel my heart beat rate fast and difficult to get in sleep at night and daily face night mares at night. Kindly suggest me can I use etizolam instead of alprazolam.

I am recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you natural home remedy using almonds, milk, saffron and honey: 1. Soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them in the morning 3. Add 1 tsp of crushed almonds to 1 cup warm milk 4. Add a pinch of soaked saffron 5. Add 1 tbsp of honey 6. Mix well 7. Drink once every day surely you will get results.

If you have chest pain please consult a cardiologist immediately and also please reduce your tension .normal bp for your age is 121/80 and also it can reach a maximum of 133/84. This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.

avoid stress, go for walk daily. take green veg., digestive food, multivitamin,mineral foods,mineral water,fruits juice,take protein diet,amino acid foods. you can go for tests vit.B12, vit.D. mineral , amino acid.cbc. You can take cap. Revital once a day after meal.

Start your day with luke warm water then go for a healthy walk of 20 mins and 15 mins yoga, do not over stress yourself. Then for a healthy breakfast like milk + wheat flakes or oats or dalia, after 2 hrs in mid- morning have 1 fruit or salt free butter milk or you can have sweet lassi, then in lunch have 2 chapatis + vegetable (cooked in very less oil) + curd (salt free) + salad, then evening go for green tea or a glass of milk + 5-6 soaked almonds and 1 walnut then in dinner have 2 chapati + vegetable (cooked in less salt) + salad (no salt. You can have all the fruits and vegetables their is no restriction in that. Things which you should keep in mind are reduce the excessive use of salt and spices, do not use table salt. Drink atleast 7-8 glass of water. Team Nutrihealth.
