Hi I have a problem my in legs legs have a pain so please tell me about good treatment.
: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and For cold take tablet cetrizine at night and For cough take syp ascoril-D 2.5 ml twice a day and Take Cp Amoxicillin 500mg 1-1 for five days

I have this constant pain in my left foot heels since the past 1 year. Got an x-ray, but that too was normal, started wearing Dr. Scholls sandals, had pain killers, that too hasn't helped. What could be the cause as it is very uncomfortable at times I can't keep my foot down. Please Help.

Hello lybrate user back pain have several causes can be due to back, hip joint muscle weakness, improper posture while working, standing, sitting, walking, etc. A major factor affecting the generation is the sedentary life style or less physical workout like regular walking, cycling, running etc. Activities are not a part of routine. Diet consists of more &more junk food, less fruits or fresh juice leads to weight gain. Increased body weight puts pressure on spine, extra pressure and improper posture unable to cope with this increased load results back pain. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days.
