There is possibility of Constipation causing stomach related symptoms. Cause can be due to less intake of fibers in the diet. Exercises make your gut move faster. Isabgol/Banana mixed in curd or milk is good source of fiber, which swells up with water, act as stool softener and build pressure.Drink a lukewarm water with half lemon juice and a spoon of Honey and walk will be of some help.or worms infestation. Get your stool tested for worms infestation.If eggs or cyst of worms is positive then consult your doctor for Deworming/ Amoebiasis treatment

I have a habit of snoring in sleep even when I sleep on sides as also Please help me to solve the issue.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

What to do i get pimples on my face in every summer please advice me to what to do? Kindly suggest.

Hi the reason for appearance of pimples in summer is because of excessive accumulation of sebum. You must wash your face regularly in summers (ever 3 hrs) and take a proper course of medicines. Together, you will fell better and the pimples will reduce.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Also take a dose of acid phos 1m/single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Stop taking agnus castus and damiaplant if this is not helping you.

Changing your behaviour – your physical work, lifestyle, and even your way of thinking -- are all natural depression treatments .these tips can help you feel better -- starting right now. 1. Get in a routine. If you’re depressed, you need a routine depression can strip away the structure from your life. One day melts into the next. Setting a gentle daily schedule can help you get back on track. 2. When you're depressed, you may feel like you can't accomplish anything. That makes you feel worse about yourself. To push back, set daily goals for yourself. "Start very small,” "Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing the dishes every other day. As you start to feel better, you can add more challenging daily goals. 3. Exercise- It temporarily boosts feel-good chemicals called endorphins. It may also have long-term benefits for people. Regular exercise seems to encourage the brain to rewire itself in positive ways. How much exercise do you need? You don’t need to run marathons to get a benefit. Just walking a few times a week can help. 4. Eat healthy. There is no magic / special; diet that corrects depression. It's a good idea to watch what you eat, though. If depression tends to make you overeat, getting in control of your eating will help you feel better. Although nothing is definitive, there’s evidence that foods with omega-3 fatty acids (such as fish) and folic acid (such as spinach) could help ease depression. 5. Get enough sleep. Depression can make it hard to get enough sleep and can make depression worse. What can you do? Start by making some changes to your lifestyle. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try not to nap. Take all the distractions out of your bedroom -- no computer and no TV. In time, you may find your sleep improves. 6. Take on responsibilities. When you’re depressed, you may want to pull back from life and give up your responsibilities at home and at work. Staying involved and having daily responsibilities can work as a natural depression treatment. They ground you and give you a sense of accomplishment. If you're not up to full-time school or work, that’s fine. Think about part-time. If that seems like too much, consider volunteer work. 7. Challenge negative thoughts. In your fight against depression, a lot of the work is mental -- changing how you think. When you're depressed, you leap to the worst possible conclusions. You might feel like no one likes you, but is there real evidence for that? You might feel like the most worthless person on the planet, but is that really likely? It takes practice, but in time you can beat back those negative thoughts before they get out of control. 8. Check with your doctor before using supplements. "There's promising evidence for certain supplements for depression, Those include fish oil, folic acid. Always check with your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you’re already taking medications 9. Do something new. When you’re depressed, you’re in a rut. Push yourself to do something different. Go to a museum. Pick up a used book and read it on a park bench. Volunteer at a soup kitchen. Take a language class. "When we challenge ourselves to do something different, there are chemical changes in the brain, "Trying something new alters the levels of [the brain chemical] dopamine, which is associated with pleasure, enjoyment, and learning. 10. Try to have fun. If you’re depressed, make time for things you enjoy. What if nothing seems fun anymore? "That's just a symptom of depression, You have to keep trying anyway. As strange as it might sound, you have to work at having fun. Plan things you used to enjoy, even if they feel like a chore. Keep going to the movies. Keep going out with friends for dinner. When you're depressed, you can lose the knack for enjoying life, you have to relearn how to do it. In time, fun things really will feel fun again.

It is is infection sialadenitis if it is salivary gland as you said .Sialadenitis (sialadenitis) is inflammation of a salivary gland. It may be sub divided temporally into acute, chronic and recurrent forms. You have to take antibiotics and antiinflammatory drug.

It is due to the changing wheater or may be you have developed urticaria or any other skin infection. May be scabies or something else. Wash your clothes daily and dry it in under full sun light.

In our current life style most of us are not equipped to deal with our mental and emotional processes. Due to constant out side pressure and expectations we doubt and question our abilities. Also in a age of super fast life we lean towards instant results, which at times are not possible. This again increase our stress level. The best way to deal with this is to build our resilience and learn to manage our strees level. Once you are able to manage your stress, your self confideance and your self esteem both will increase and you will be able to make better decisions and accomplish lot in life. Try following on a regular basis and in 2 to 4 weeks you will see some positive changes in your life. Stress is a by product of our modern life style. Due to chronic stress you have a negative chain of thought repeating in your mind. The wonderful new is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Gud evening to all doctors. I eat three idly with two cups of sambar and one onion dosa and one glass of grape juice. After completing half an hour by eating I started motions continuously. It was not stopping. So what I want to do. please suggest me anything. And I am suffering with pain the place which is waste releasing.

I suggest you get an ultra sound of whole abdomen to know the reason for pain. In the mean time do 1. Take 2/3 glass of warm water in the morning, take more water during day to get clear urine. 2. Avoid all spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk food 3. Go for morning walk for 10- 15 mts 4. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts rt. Try these, you will feel good good luck.

For oily skin application of alovera cream in sunny day time means when there is sweat slightly darkens the skin. At same time you can use the alovera cream in winters without hesitation. Mix three drops of lavender oil with two tablespoons of milk and apply on black pigmented spot and do gentile message for 2 mints then wash it after 10 mints. Do it regularly mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and use it as a face wash before bed time. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it every night before going to bed. Along with above tips if use homeopathy creams as external applications and also internal medication it will cure your problem completely. Generally fairness creams in the market may cause side effects. There are very good fairness creams in homeopathy which not only increase glow but also make skin very healthy without side effects. But better if we take along with internal homeopathy medication.
