Hello, Sedentary lifestyle often leads to unexplained weight gain. Improve on the quantity and quality of food you consume. You should eat fruits and vegetables daily. You need to drink a lot of water. Be sure about the exercise part.

Wait for 3 days if you do not have your periods you will have to take tab containing combination of oestrogen and progesterone.

1) If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. 2) Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. 3) Always eat fresh food. 4) No oily & junk food. 5) You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. 6) Don’t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. 7) Stretching exercises 10 minutes. 8) Brisk walk 5 km daily or 25 minutes 9) Yoga- surya namaskar & different yogasana for 25 minutes.

•First you have to improve your digestion & make it strong, For this take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day. • Add one sachet of ORS in one liter of water and Drink 3 to 4 litres of fluid in a day. Make your body hydrated . • Avoid red meat & non veg completely because the most probable chance of infection are contaminated meat. • Avoid to eat chilly and Oily food items such as fast food burger, samosas , pranthas etc. • Take a sachet of probiotics in a day that make you intestine healthy and help in digestion. • Take a table spoon of bran, fry it on heat without oil. Then take it once a day with water for atleast 3 weeks. . • You can take isapghol one teaspoon with a glass of water once a day after meal.

If you are getting tanned then please start using sunsreen lotion above spf 30 .Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion.Don't use any bleaching agents for skin.Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn,t have harsh chemicals.Take medicine R-60 drops (Dr Reckweg ,Germany) 10drops in 1/4cup of water drink twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals.

If you have already purchased. You can use it. As your weight is 62 kgs, your max. Daily protein requirement is 93 gm per day, when you are also doing exercise. You can have 1/3 of it from supplement. So you can have 31gm of protein from protein supplement. Take this, after 1/2 an hour of your exercise session.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Change food habits. Take carbohydrates proteins green vegetables fruits nuts eggs. Do some aerobic exercises. For medicinal advice ask privately.
