It would be easy to read that and think, ?So it?s the people that don?t follow a strict gluten-free diet that don?t heal.? But to be honest, I don?t think they said it as strongly as they should have. Here?s a recent study that paints a much darker picture of the Gluten-Free Diet?s success rate.

I just meet with an accident and I have healing wounds but I am afraid that the scars will remain. What precautions should I take for 100% scar removal?

There are powerful homemade treatments used to remove accident scars naturally without causing any side effects to the skin. 1. Mix curd or frozen milk and turmeric. Frozen milk is a good exfoliating agent and it nourishes your skin and leaves your skin glowing once you wash off the paste. If you have a sensitive skin then you can add a few drops of lemon juice and rose water. Facial scars from accidents can be easily removed by using the above mentioned natural home remedies. 2. You can also use the one part of baking soda with two part of water to create a paste. Baking soda is a natural exfoliator and helps in the gentle scraping of the scar tissue layer by layer. Scrub (avoid vigorous rubbing) this paste on your scars for a minute or two and after that you can rinse it off with cold water. 3. Mint juice is also effective to remove old accident scars. You can use the juice of mint on your face leave it for 5 minutes and wash that off. If you are doing the same procedure for a month then you can see visible results. The old accident scars will become lighter in color on regular usage. It is a good practice to apply vitamin e oil on car accident facial scars to fade out spots and scars. Use it before going to sleep every day.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Nervousness has to do with fear. Are you aware of what you are afraid of? If this is of recent origin, then it is easy to pin point the cause. It not it may belong to the realms of your childhood and your parents may be able to help identify. After that you and your parents could meet with a counselor and work out that fear and take other measures too. Sometimes this kind of nervousness could be genetic too. In the meantime you must do certain things to build your constitution physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Mental stability can be achieved by learning a few skills in handling emotions in an appropriate manner. Stress management skills, which have a lot to do with expressing emotions, will need to be a major part of your recovery program. Emotionally you need the help of a counselor and that will help you tremendously to move from anxiety to normal fear. Please persevere and cooperate through all the support you need and you will come through successfully. Develop your body’s health by physical fitness through exercise, good rest (sleep), and a proper diet. Any way what you need to focus on is to do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart’s fitness; meditation for the brain’s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; a sound spiritual well being for good confidence and stability; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Vigorous exercise, especially of the callisthenic kind, will make your heart, which is a muscle, grow larger; and then your heart will need to beat less often and you will respond to the anxiety with a calmer disposition. If your mind, constitution, and your emotions are in check and fit, you will never be disturbed again. The earlier you tackle this, the easier it is going to be.

Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also you need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also you need to take a low carbohydrate rich diet. Avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Many people have no symptoms in the early stages of avascular necrosis. As the condition worsens, your affected joint may hurt only when you put weight on it. Eventually, the joint may hurt even when you're lying down. Pain can be mild or severe and usually develops gradually. Pain associated with avascular necrosis of the hip may be focused in the groin, thigh or buttock. In addition to the hip, the areas likely to be affected are the shoulder, knee, hand and foot. You should consult a neurologist for for the proper treatment of clot in the brain.

General Physician,
Alternative Therapies Lower BP
A group of experts has reviewed all the existing studies and concluded that indeed there are alternative treatments for lowering blood pressure, with aerobic exercise leading the pack as far as strong evidence goes.
Other alternative treatments ? namely isometric handgrip and dynamic resistance exercises and guided breathing ?? also got high grades when it came to reducing high blood pressure in some patients, according to a scientific statement from the American Heart Association published online in the journal Hypertension.
"The evidence is not as strong for transcendental meditation and acupuncture, but they may help as well," said co?senior author Sanjay Rajagopalan, MD, professor of cardiovascular medicine at Ohio State University School of Medicine in Columbus.
For the report, an expert panel headed by the University of Michigan?s Robert D. Brook, MD, reviewed 1,000 studies published from 2006 to 2011. They divided the studies into three major classes of alternative treatments: behavioral therapies, noninvasive procedures and devices, and exercise. The panel did not review dietary and herbal treatments. Based on the level of evidence, they gave each an "A," "B," or "C" recommendation ?? with "A" being the highest ?? for implementation into clinical practice.
The panel found:
Exercise?based regimens did the best overall, with dynamic aerobic exercises getting an "A" class of recommendation, with a level of evidence of I, the highest possible.
Dynamic resistance exercises got a "B" and isometric handgrip exercises got a "C" grade, with levels of evidence of IIA and IIB, respectively.
Still, 4 weeks of isometric hand grip exercises resulted in some of the most impressive improvements in several studies ?? a 10% drop in systolic and diastolic BP. However, isometric exercise should be avoided among people with severely uncontrolled hypertension (180/110 mm Hg or higher).
In Noninvasive procedures or devices, device?guided breathing got a "B" with a level of evidence of II. Device?guided slow breathing proved most effective in lowering blood pressure when performed for 15?minute sessions three to four times a week.
Acupuncture also got a "B," but its level of evidence was III, meaning no benefit.
Among behavioral techniques, transcendental meditation and biofeedback both received "B" grades, with IIBs for levels of evidence. Yoga got a C, with level of evidence of III, or no benefit, as did other meditation techniques.
The alternative approaches that work reduce systolic blood pressure by only 2 to 10 mm Hg; whereas standard doses of a blood pressure?lowering drug reduce systolic blood pressure by about 10 to 15 mm Hg.
Alternative approaches are best for patients with blood pressure levels over 120/80 mm Hg who can?t tolerate or don?t respond well to standard medications.

Sir I am very skinny boy. Please tell me what can I do to increase my weight and mass.
Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. •Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. •Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated.
