Very safe procedure and very effective. Very rare complications seen these days with such advanced laser technology. Cost depends on lasik you opt for. Ranges from 16k to 85k. We have done 1000' s of cases.

I am 23 years old working man. I use to face screen on an avg. 12hrs a day (computer in office 8hrs and phone 4hours) Now a days I believe I am addicted of watching porn which cause decrease in my health, even I noticed my vision is also effected. Is there any watching porn and discharging really effecting my vision? Or my vision effected by any other reasons. My eyes also startedstarted regularly itching and heat in eyes, fall of water from eyes. Please suggest what to do? Or some precautions required?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Working on computer at a stretch for long hours puts a great strain on your eyes and thatswhy your eye are itching and watering.Your problemis aggravated by masturbation habit as frequent massturbation causes nervous weakness and you will remain exhausted and worn out all the time.So you must control watching porm and massturbation. Secondly reduced usage of computed and mobile and while using computor/mobile use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computor/mobile screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks. Homoeopathic medicine CINELUBE EYE DROPS ( HAPDCO) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily.

Hi sir I am 20 years old boy. I have a problem that during yawing water from eyes comes out and headache problem also. I checked my eyes that RIGHT= -1.25 $ LEFT= -1.00. AXIS=98 So what is the vision for this and what should I do for this. Regards

MBBS, DOMS
Ophthalmologist, Hyderabad
Watering from eyes during yawning is quite common. It is a normal variation and does not need any treatment. Wash your eyes with fresh, cool water. That is enough. Since you have cylindrical power in left eye, it can cause headache if you are not wearing glasses full time. If your eye check up by an ophthalmologist is recent, observe for few more days for the headache to improve. Or, you may have to recheck if your existing glass power is ok or changed.

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy

Pimples do not occur on the leg. It may be due to bacterial infection. You need to take proper medicine for it. Avoid oily/ junk food, drink plenty of water daily and also avoid hair oil application. Use facewash and cream meant for acne on your face.

Hi sir I have a long site problem please guide me how to reduce that! please because this s irritating me.

Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery (FCRS), DNB (Ophthalmology), MBBS
Ophthalmologist, Mumbai
Hello unfortunately all exercises for the eye can only reduce strain on the eye but cannot reduce your spectacle number. However, you may opt for contact lenses or alternately may undergo a lasik. Please beware that lasik can be done only when your number has remained stable for atleast one year. Also your age should be above 18yrs. There are multiple tests that need to be done to first see if you are a fit candidate for lasik. Only if the tests are normal, can you undergo the procedure. It's a simple procedure less than 10minutes and is safe and reliable if eyes are normal.

I am suffering from myopia and I bears 2.5D lenses Is there any surgery to perfectly cure my eye sight.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, as your eye power is less, try the following before undergoing surgery. Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

My eyes pains a lot when I study till late night please help me in overcoming from this problem.

DOMS, MBBS
Ophthalmologist, Delhi
Hello, first of all get a vision test and if your eyesight is poor get prescription glasses since poor eyesight might be causing pain while studying. Also in your age weakness of eye muscles is very common, do convergence exercises every morning 20-25 times (hold a pen or pencil at arm's length, at your eye level and focus on the tip then slowly bring the pen towards your eyes persistently looking at the tip, stop when the tip becomes double or blurred, focus hard and repeat the process again). Take balanced diet with more green vegetables and fruits. Moreover resting your eyes is also very important, do not compromise on your sleep. Take care.

Unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. You can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery.

Ayurveda treatment is the only choice of complete cure of dry eye, we are advise rule of 20 for dry eye patients working time is 20 minutes after that take only 20 sec rest and focus 20 feet distance object, this is a type of eye exercise for treatment point of view some panchkarma treatment is necessory like netrdhara tarpanam and anasya and some other important procedures need 9-12 days presence in hospitals, some oral medicine also helps to stimulates the tear gland to produces normal quantity and quality of tear,
