If penis is too small less than 3 inches you can consider a penile implant as medicines have no role in this.

So I went for dinner with a friend of mine who is living in the US right now and indulges in unprotected sex with his partner. We shook hands, shared the same mocktail glass which he touched many times. While leaving the restaurant he told me that his hands bleed on slight stretch. If he's HIV positive, can I get HIV from the blood he left on the glass or my hands which I used to eat food from?

You can not get HIV like this. However there are 20 odd STDs and the ones like Hep B or Syphilis can be transmitted but chances are very rare. Better to get checked for HBsAg, VDRL. Take HBV vaccines.
