you are overweight. excess weight is putting more load on heart.
reduce weight the healthy way without putting too many restrictions on diet.
no sugar and sweets and fats.
more proteins like diluted toned milk , boiled egg, katori of nuts-these are fulfilling, nourishing and one does not feel hungry again and again.
reduce salt to bare minimum, eat seasonal vegetables and fruits and salads.
eat one meal a day-simple daal-roti-rice-chapati.
walking is best exercise.
reduce @ 5 kg/month
get tested after losing weight by 15 kgs.

You must go for morning walk in morning sun light for vitamin-d at least 1km. Its increase calcium absorption and blood circulation.
Exercise advice:
stretching exercises of arms, back, legs.
Standing on foot toe 15 times of both legs.
Eating advice:
eat fruits and green vegetables with calcium rich diet.
Quit smoking for lifetime.

For fever she should take complete rest and drink plenty of fluid. Give her 5-6 glasses of some fruit juice and a cup of spinach juice. For thyroid she should continue her regular medicine. Remember it should never be played with.
For knee joint problem she should do the following:
1) if over weight that must be brought down. 2) do exercises as suggested by an orthopedic doctor. 3. Apply fomentation from behind the knee. 4) if all these do not work she may need a knee replacement surgery.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
