Know what type of diet IT workers should follow to stay fit

I am dietician Sheela Suhag Sherawat, Mentor Diet Clinic. We are in this field since 11 years. And have been consulting different people with the different medical issues with the different requirement different needs. Sirf hamare paas log sirf therapeutic consultation ke liye Nahi atay. It’s all about your proper all over nutrition and healthy diets.

To is me jaise for example mai aap ko batao gi jesay IT workers. It workers jab hamare paas apni problem leke aate hain. They are saying k they have very hectic schedule and irregular shifts and very eating wrong habits. Basically hame unko unki schedule k mutabiq we have to modify proper healthy diets. Tou usme humko consult kehte hain kya aapko apnay daily routine mein kya cheezain include kar sakte ho. Jaise ki aap apni jo daily routine key dietary habits hain us me thoda change kar sakte ho ya Jo apka lifestyle hai us me modiy kar saktay ho. Jaise first of all log jo ke IT workers hote hain unka main issue hota hai k. They are tend to eat in canteen. Canteen k liye sab se pehlay hum boltay hain k ap canteen se khanay ki bajaye apnay daily routine me habit dalo aik tiffin carry kar k le k jao. So that at least jo aik meal ap log jo lo gay wo apka healthy hoga. Second thing agar aap ke office me stairs hain to prefer karo k ap lift ki bajaye stairs ko use karo.

Third thing ki jaisay k issue hota hai k chalo aik normal human being even k humari bhi adat hti ha k hum kam kartay hain aur sath me khatay hain tou sab se pelkay humain es habit ko no bolna hoga because humain pta he nhe chalta while working k hum kitna kha rahay han aur kia kha rahay hain. To better hai k jo apka tiffin ya jo bhi ap aik meal le rahay ho proper table pe beth k plus usko proper time k sath apna gradually jo apki digestion hai usko nhi body me time dena chahiye because jitna ap fast khao gy utna apka indigestion create hoga. To better hai while working avoid eating. It workers ki sabse main problem hoti hai they tend to eat more junks.

Then basically me unko ye suggest karungi junk khao per uski time routine banao. Keep your junk at the weekend. Or you can say keep your junk and sweets for the weekend. Weekday par follow your healthy diet And weekends par you have whatever you want to eat. So that aap ki body bhi healthy Rahay gi Aur aap bhi healthy raho gy. And aik aur important point kay Keep hydrated yourself Kyunki aap kitne time pe Jitna frequently Ap pani piyoge Itni he working capacity aapki increase karegi. Aur plus you feel more energetic. Tou kam se kam I will say after every one hour take a break of one or two minutes you can say five minutes and have a glass of water. Wo aap ko fresh karay ga and you feel more comfortable and you feel more energetic and apka jo concentration ha ap k work level pe o zyada increase ho ga.

To yeh thae kuch aapke tips for IT workers.

Migraine Symptoms - Sneaky Signs Before Your Head Hurts!

Migraine Symptoms - Sneaky Signs Before Your Head Hurts!

One of the most common and troubling sensations that we may experience is a migraine. However, common it may, it is a serious disorder and needs immediate attention. Medically, a migraine is defined as a severe and a constant throbbing pain which culminates to a pulsing sensation on one side of the head. Migraine is mainly accompanied by nausea, occasional or constant vomiting and an extreme sense of displeasure to light and sound. A migraine attack can last for hours or even days. The pain can be so severe that many times it leads to temporary disabling of the patient.

There is no specific age for migraine to set in; however, it is most common among the age group of 30 to 40, but patients can also experience migraine pains in their teens or early 20s. If you keep track of your physical changes and some uncommon bodily actions then you may be able to understand the early signs of a migraine attack. Some of the most common signs to watch out for are:

Sensitive to Light and Sound
All of a sudden, if your mobile screen seems too bright or the TV sounds too loud, even in normal settings, then you are showing early symptoms of a migraine attack and perhaps the most common one.

Watery/Teary Eyes
You are having a normal day, suddenly your eyes start to water up, and soon it’s uncontrollable. You wipe your eyes and the water keeps on forming, making it impossible for you to go on with it. This is certainly an early symptom of a migraine attack.

Aching Ear
It may start with just an itch in or around the periphery of your ear. This will change to a throbbing ache; and when it does, it is generally a harbinger of a migraine that is about to set in.

Sensitive Teeth
Enjoying an ice-cream? Well, it is good as long as you enjoy it without any pain. But if your teeth suddenly become extra sensitive to the freezing temperature of the ice-cream, it may transpire to give you a migraine attack and is also considered one of the early signs of a migraine.

Lose Concentration, Train of Thoughts and Words
If you completely lose track of what you were thinking or can’t remember a word to put on your sentence or you’re unable to concentrate on the work at your hand, it may be a sign of a migraine attack.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

I am a male, 32, blood group b+ve, weight 61 kg, height 5 feet, working in BPO mostly night shifts. I have high uric acid in my blood and have joint pain mostly in shoulder and knee joints. I smoke and drink regularly. Please suggest me a proper diet for weigh loss. I do not take any medicine. Can I take non veg regularly? Please also suggest how much water can I drink in a day as many people have told me to drink up to 2.5 litres of water a day, but, I feel more thirsty than that and consume more water. Is wheat made chopstick suitable for me or not as a friend told me not to eat chapati due to my blood group. I am concerned about the intake of water, chapati, rice and my diet. Please suggest.

Food fat is not generally responsible for weight gain. It is carbohydrates. When you eat low fat foods, you feel less full and end-up eating more processed carbs, which leads to weight gain. What you should be avoiding is oils in foods, not natural fats in milk. Mantra is - minimise SOS (Sugar, Oil & Salt).

How can I made six packs abs without joining jim and with simple daily workout please tell me in detail?
Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

I am a 19 year old boy and my hairs are very dry and rough. What should I do to make it soft and silky?

I am a 19 year old boy and my hairs are very dry and rough. What should I do to make it soft and silky?
1. Beer works as an excellent hair tonic. The proteins (hops and malt) in beer help repair damaged hair cuticles and provide nourishment to hair follicles. This in turn adds shine and luster to your hair. 1. Wash your hair with shampoo and then apply flat beer from the root to the ends. 2. Massage the beer thoroughly into your scalp using circular motions. 3. Allow it to sit for about five minutes and then rinse it off. 4. Follow this remedy once every two weeks. 2. Coconut oil:-to get shiny hair, it is important to provide nourishment by applying oil to your hair regularly. Coconut oil (organic and unrefined) is one of the best options. It helps restore moisture to dry and damaged hair, in turn making it shiny and healthy. Apply warm coconut oil on your hair, from the root to the ends. Massage for a few minutes and then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel for at least 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water, then shampoo and condition like normal. Another option is to add a few curry leaves to two tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat it until warm. When cool, massage the oil gently onto the scalp and hair. Cover with a warm towel for 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo. Follow either of these remedies once or twice a week, depending on your hair condition. You can also use olive oil, castor oil, or almond oil and follow the same process or 30 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo.

What is the best remedy for of treating diabetes, which are the food allowed & restricted food, if the fasting is 130...
Hi lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. With fasting 130 mg & PP 200 mg, you need to begin treatment with some oral anti-diabetic drugs like metformin alone or in combination with either sulphonylurea or a gliptin. Plus take restricted diet that gives calories based on your ideal weight (65 kgs) plus have to do a regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day. As regards foods: 1)Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items and foods made from maida. 2) No colas, and sweetened juices and fructose corn syrup containing foods, 3) Consume a good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. 4) Always use whole grain flour for roti and chapati, 5) Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Ideally with treatment fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Thanks.
