Hi lybrate-user you need to consume low calorie nutrient dense food with high fibre and along with that you need to follow few healthy lifestyle modification tips in life. 1. Donot skip breakfast 2. Eat regular meals 3. Eat plenty of fruit and veg 5. Drink plenty of water 6. Eat high-fibre foods 7. Read food labels 8. Use a smaller plate 9. Don't ban foods 10. Don't stock junk food 11. Cut down on alcohol 12. Plan your meals last but not least- eat breakfast like a kingsize, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.

Here are some of the foods that help cool down your body naturally:

1) Cucumber - Not surprisingly, being 'cool as a cucumber' actually holds true. Cucumbers are fruits that help keep the body hydrated. Keeping your body cool during hot days is vital to your health as it can help prevent a number of complications such as heat strokes and dehydration. Munching on cucumber slices and hummus is a good way to beat the heat and stay cool.

2) Watermelon - This quintessential beach fruit is yet another one which would help you beat the heat. This seasonal fruit acts like an internal air-conditioner, and is rich in water, helping in reducing body heat to a large extent while keeping you hydrated.

Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day. Go for 45 minute brisk walk daily

To mai ye puchna chahti hu ki inhe nsha nhi hota to kya inko koi shrab bear se hone wali problem nhi hogi kya future me? Or chicken b bhut khate h muje lgta h in future me bhi inko koi problem de skta h. Kya aap muje koi advice de skte h.

Beer me alcohol hota h to it is harmful if he is taking beer daily. It effects liver badly so in future koi bhi disease ho sakti hai. But chicken is not harmful for the body. If it is more spicy then it is harmful.

I am 37 years old female .My height is 4" 11 .My regular weight used to be 48/49 kg. But over the last 2 years my weight is continuously increasing. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / exercise.
