Hello lybrate-user the best way to get rid of chickenpox scars is few sessions of fractional co2 laser or if the scar is deep then combine it with a procedure called subcision if you don't mind spending money then would suggest fillers (fillers would be expensive)

Hi! for rough hairs, oil it regularly with amla oil. Don't wash too frequently. 2-3 times in a week. Use lukewarm water for washing hairs. Use any good shampoo that suits you but don't forget to use conditioner after that. You can try bakson's arnica shampoo and conditioner. Comb your hairs frequently. Drink plenty of water. Eat two fruits daily.

Cure Of Fungal Infection With Homoeopathy

BHMS
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Cure Of Fungal Infection With Homoeopathy

Redness, itching, rashes or burning of skin is an indication of a fungal infection. Caused by different types of fungi, including yeasts, fungal infections can affect any part of the body and people of any age. The most common sites, however, are the feet, head, nails and groin. Homeopathy provides a complete and holistic cure for fungal infections, striking at the root of the problem. The remedies are sourced from natural substances, so there is zero possibility of side-effects in homeopathic treatment.

Fungal infection of the foot is known as ‘athlete’s foot’. It usually results in redness, itching and burning, especially between the toes and the sides of the foot. The fungus usually grows in a warm and moist environment such as shoes, socks and swimming pools. Fungal infection affecting the groin, thighs and genitals is known as ‘jock itch’. The fungus thrives in moist areas of the body. ‘jock itch’ mostly occurs in summer or in warm, wet climates. The symptoms are a red, itchy rash, ring-shaped, with cracked skin.

Another common fungal infection, known in medical terminology as ‘onchomycosis’, affects the nails of the hand and the feet. The fungal infection starts at the edge of the nails and leads to discoloration of nails. The nails of the feet and hands get crippled and the pain can be severe.

Fungal infection of the scalp results in patches appearing on the scalp. It is more common among children. Scaly, round and itchy patches appear on the scalp.

‘Candidiasis’ or ‘Thrush’ is another common fungal infection. It mostly affects the mouth, skin and the vagina. Thrush infection appears as small white patches, which turn red on rubbing. There is intense itching and a white discharge in vaginal thrush.

Fungal infection of the body or the skin causes red, ring-shaped rashes on arms, legs or the face. Most of these fungal infections are contagious and spread by coming in contact with the infected person.

Homeopathic treatment for fungal infections:

Homeopathy offers a very beneficial and effective mode of treatment that boosts the body’s healing processes to fight and eradicate fungal infection. Unlike conventional treatment, the natural homeopathic remedies do not suppress fungal infection; these rather work to root out the underlying cause of fungal infections. The homeopathic treatment, thus, provides a permanent cure by uprooting the cause of the infection.

Best homeopathic medicines for fungal infection:

The best natural homeopathic medicines for fungal infection are thuja, sepia and graphites. Thuja is of great help in treating fungal infection on dry and very sensitive skin. Sepia is the best homeopathic remedy for fungal infection appearing every spring season. Graphites is a very beneficial homeopathic medicine for treating recurrent episodes of fungal infection, especially ‘jock itch’.

Best homeopathic medicines for fungal infection on feet (athlete’s foot)

The top homeopathic medicines for fungal infection on the feet (athlete’s foot) are petroleum and silicea.

Best homeopathic remedies for fungal infection in nails

The top natural homeopathic medicines for fungal infection in the nails (tinea unguium) are antimonium crudum and graphites. Antimonium crudum is the best homeopathic remedy for discolored nails, growing out of shape. The skin beneath the nails is painfully sensitive. Graphites is a very beneficial homeopathic medicine when fungal infection results in nails getting thick and crippled, with severe pain and soreness.

Top homeopathic medicines for fungal infection of scalp

The best natural homeopathic medicines for fungal infection of the scalp (tinea capitis) are thuja and kali sulphuricum.

Best homeopathic medicines for fungal infection in mouth and genitals

The top natural homeopathic remedies for fungal infection caused by candida yeast (candidiasis or thrush) are borax and helonias. Borax is of great help for treatment of white lesions or patches of fungus in the mouth. Thrush with intense itching on the genitals is best treated with homeopathic medicine helonias. The genital parts get red, hot and swollen with itching, and helonias is the top natural remedy.

Best homeopathic medicines for fungal infection on skin

The top homeopathic medicines for fungal infection on the skin (tinea corporis) are thuja, tellurinum and sepia.

5 Acts That Can Rid You of Dark Circles

5 Acts That Can Rid You of Dark Circles

5 acts that can rid you of dark circles

Dark circles are a very common cause of concern for most people around the world. More than 50% of the world's females are troubled with dark circles as the major cause of affecting their beauty. If you are one of those women, here are 5 factors you must work on to rid yourself of dark circles.

1. Identify the type of dark circle that you have

Dark circles are mainly of three types, namely blue circles, brown circles and hyperpigmentation circles. To rid yourself of dark circles, it is extremely important for you to find out the type of dark circle that you have, because without knowing so, you can never find the appropriate remedy for your problem.

2. Detect the reason why you have dark circles under your eyes

Dark circles are caused due to a variety of reasons, ranging from hereditary causes to health and stress related reasons. Some of the common reasons why dark circles are caused include-

  •   allergy
  •   aging
  •   liver problems
  •   excessive exposure to sunlight
  •   dehydration etc.

3. Find out what treatment suits you

Dark circles can be treated using a number of ways like natural aids, such as almond oil, rose water, lemon juice etc.; cosmetic surgical procedures; use of creams and lotions; use of a dermal filler or laser therapy and so on and so forth. You need to search for the appropriate cure for your problem.

4. Be aware of the side effects

Another important factor that you must consider while trying to get rid of your dark circles is to be aware of the side effects that can be caused by the treatment that you are opting for. Certain creams and lotions can cause itching, swelling or stinging. Light therapy may result in temporary puffiness. You must discuss with a physician your skin type and the possible side effects because that would be a more effective way to address the problem.

5. Ensure a proper lifestyle for yourself

Getting rid of dark circles cannot happen simply by treating the problem from the outside. You must also make sure to eliminate all the self-induced causes of your dark circles. It is important for you to quit excessive smoking, drinking and other personal habits that may be the root cause of your predicament. You must also make certain that you get adequate sleep and learn to manage stress.

According to ayurveda, it is not due to DHT. Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. So please see some ayurveda physician near you personally. Till then you can try these home remedies. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) Apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) Increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) Have a good sleep. 5) Go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth 6) Reduce the amount of salt & spices in your daily diet 7) wash hair with trifla & neem kadha 8) Make a Hair pack mixing fine powders of triphalā 50 gm, nāgaramothā 10 gm, methī seeds 40 gm and mehendī or hīnā (Lowsonia inermis) powder 150 gm in water and apply from the root to the tips of the hair. Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month.
