Pimples or Acne are common in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. Acne marks can be removed by microdermabrasion or chemical peels.

You takejwarank tablet 2 in morning after breakfast 2 after lunch 2 after dinner with normal water for 4 days. If temretur is high than add 250 mg peracitamol with jwarantak tablet. After 4 days consult me.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hi, I think this recurring because of weakness.to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours..

Yes it is good for hair growth. If you are not having hair loss, but want their growth, the tips are as follows: 1. Take protein rich balanced diet with plenty of pulses, mushroom and milk or milk products like curd and plenty of green vegetables, salad and fresh seasonal fruits (avoid cold storage and nonseasonal and over-ripened fruits) to provide protein and vitamins for hair growth. 2. Take plenty of water several times daily. Take proper and regular sleep, take green tea, do regular exercise and walks (avoid weight lifting exercises.). Remain happy free from tensions and stress. 3. If you take Egg which contains avidin that destroys hair growth vitamin "Biotin" alwas take Biotin supplementation (1/2 tab twice daily, not to be taken with egg or egg containing food but at different time). 4. If your intake of vegetables is less, take biotin supplementation. You may also take other growth vitamins like Folic acid and Vitamin B-12 and Pyridoxine. 5. Wash your hair regularly with shampoo and use hair conditioner after shampooo. Comb when hair are wet with thick bristles side of comb. Never use heat or hot blower to dry hair. 6. Do not use sticking and greasy oils to hair. Use non-sticking hair oil like Keo-carpine. 7. If you have dandruff, use Selsun shampoo once weekly on every Sunday. 8. Do not apply any chemicals or chemical containing compounds to roots of your hair. Diet: Take high protein diet Don't eat egg as it has avidin which antogonises hair-growth promoting vitamin biotin or take egg with biotin Take green vegetables, salad and fruits Vitamins: TAKE BIOTIN 1/2 TABLET TWICE DAILY FOR 1 YEAR Excess of Vitamin A may cause hairloss while optimal dose increses hair growth. You may have further discussion through private question free of cost.

Sir I have pain in back from 2 years I have mri report but no nuro problem but I lift some more weight so Dr. Say stretch in muscles. Sir there is continuous pain in back and when pain is more then pain in leg bone difficult to walk sometimes. I consulted Dr. Again he advised for exercise. what is your opinion ?

Dear patient you've written very less regarding your problem though but try doing the isometrics of the back muscles and active bridging exercises. Initiate bridging bilaterally without resistance and progress to resisted bridging bilaterally followed by unilateral resisted bridging. Cat'n'camel exercise will help you to self mobilize the spine which will surely help reducing the pain. Avoid core strengthening and weight bearing exercises of legs. And do use ls belt all the time when you" re walking or standing.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.

Dear lybrate-user, somatization disorders take many weeks to improve. Probably in 3-6 weeks with sufficient dose. Because you are young, the psychiatrist would have started on a low dose. If you are able to tolerate it, he may increase the dose. You will improve with sufficient dose for sufficient time. Go back to the same psychiatrist. He may even change the medicine.

Stress due to work in today's life is understandable. But health sex among life partners can be a great stress reliever if it is done regularly. Sex twice a month may not be a problem, but the fact that you both remain unsatisfied and the differences growing may be a problem in future. So wherever possible, learn to say "no" to work that is beyond your limits. Take time for your yourself and your family. Work can only earn you money not the time you lose everyday. Relax, spend more time with your spouse and discuss issues with her.

Few tips on diet- say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread, say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
