kindly take drakshadi kshayam, 2 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day. Take narasimha rasayana, 1 tsf with a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals, twice a day. Take basant kusumakara rasa, 1 tab twice a day after meals. cut down the intake of sugar and salt in your diet. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs regularly at night. Avoid physical or mental excertion. continue the regime for 1 month. Do gentle massage with mahamasha oil over the whole body before taking bath. make the oil luke warm before application. continue the regime for 45 days. stay in touch. good luck

I'm a boy who loves to have sex I'm a masturbation addict also from past 15 years I'm masturbating .I had a sex with my gf but then also I used to masturbate .I thought after sex I won't get urge for masturbation but it didn't happened I had sex more than 10 times than also I'm masturbating now due to job I'm in different state and my gf in different I shared this masturbation habit with one of my friend then I got to know he his gay .he told me don't masturbate I will suck your pennies .but he is 36 years old and I'm 22, I thought it will be nice I will enjoy it but some where I don't feel it as I'm not gay I love girls .what should I do please suggest.

It may be due to over exposure to light or you may have eye muscle weakness. There is no need to worry. Just go for eye exercises and you will feel better.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months.

Night fall happens as your storage of semen is full and there is no new space for the one produced. Night fall because you have not emptied the old one either by masterbation or by intercourse. So night fall empties the earlier ones so that space is there for new production. It is normal phenomenon. Relax.

Stop all food. Eat only banana and milk. Take 3-4 bananas and 1.5 liters of milk every day. Drink one cup of spinach and tomato juice twice daily.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.
