Hello, Muscle cramps can be due to excessively contraction of muscles. There are few things you can do to avoid it. 1. Drink a glass full of water with a spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt half hour before going to bed. 2. Do some Hamstring, Quadriceps and other muscle stretches regularly, especially before bed 3. If you are using air conditioner avoid using it. 4. You can also start yourself on some calcium and multivitamin capsules.

Causes of Changes in Mole Color and Size

A common mole is a form of growth on the surface of the skin. It occurs when the skin pigment cells or melanocytes grow in clusters. Moles are common in most adults and occur in places and areas, which are most exposed to the sun. Moles may be present from birth or may appear at a later stage. Moles develop until the age of forty.

Moles are generally round or oval in shape and their surface is smooth with distinct edges. They are dome shaped. Common moles are pink, tan or brown in color. People with dark skin complexion develop dark-colored moles.

Sometimes, moles may change in color and shape. This might be an indication of a skin cancer condition known as Melanoma.

Here are the indications that a mole is cancerous in nature:

  1. When the color of the mole changes
  2. When the mole becomes smaller or bigger in an uneven manner
  3. When the shape, texture or height of a mole changes
  4. When the skin around the mole turns dry and scaly
  5. When the mole starts itching
  6. When there is bleeding or oozing from the mole

Features of Melanoma:
Changes in the shape, size, color or feeling of an existing mole are an indication of Melanoma. The features of this condition can be observed by the changes that occur in the mole. The 'ABCDE' rule can be used to define the features:

  1. Asymmetry: This means that the shape of one half of the mole is not matching with the other half.
  2. Irregular border: The borders or edges are ragged, notched and the outline seems blurred. There are chances that the pigment might spread to the surrounding skin surface.
  3. Uneven color: This indicates that the mole may be of uneven colors. There might be shades of black, brown, tan and also areas of red, white, gray, pink or blue.
  4. Mole diameter: There is a change in the size and diameter of a mole in cases of Melanoma. Usually, the size increases. Some Melanoma moles may be tiny, but most are wider than six millimeters.
  5. Evolving: There is an evolution over weeks and months, where the changes in appearance occur. Moles that lead to Melanoma vary a lot. Some cases of Melanoma may have all the above mentioned features while other cases may indicate two or three of the features.

When moles change in color and size, it is because of Melanoma. Several tests have to be carried out to detect whether a mole is cancerous or not, and after that, medical measures must be taken. Melanoma is a serious form of skin cancer and should be attended to immediately.

I feel itching in eyes whenever I use mobile phones n computer, may I know wt will be the reason.
Mobile nd Computer screen is made up of hundreds of tiny pixels that are constantly moving. Our eyes in turn are not naturally able to set focus on these constantly moving pixels, and hence we try to focus on an area behind the actual screen. Therefore, in order to work on a mobile, our eyes need to keep on fluctuating focus between their natural point of focus and the pixels on the screen. And this tires the eyes and causes a lot of wear and tear.As a result, we suffer from irritation, which may range from a number of things like headaches, dry eyes,Itching eyes, blurred vision, problems in focusing and faulty color perception, to something as severe as glaucoma. The electromagnetic waves that are emitted by a mobile phone can be extremely damaging to the eyes. It has been studied and well documented that these cell phone waves can have a damaging effect on the various parts of the eye, including the retina and the cornea. Moreover, they can cause cataract too.Moreover it is more distressing for our eyes to view contents on a tiny screen which requires even more concentration and extenive usage of eyes without blinking thus causing Eye dryness making them vulnerable to frequent Eye problemss. . The solution for this problem I its reduced usage and while uing mobiles use them inproper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the mobile’s screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of mobile usage or take frequent breaks.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

There is no any fast method to loose your weight. You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. I am talking about healthy diet not dieting. You can lose your weight upto 5 kg by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks. You should take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner. Use 6 small meal pattern instead of 3 major meal.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose fat in stomach: body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce stomach fat: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. Medicines - * you can take shatavaryadi churn of baidyanath 1/2 teaspoon with milk in evening everyday for atleast 3 months only under the supervision of an ayurveda expert. Hi. It's always better to wear loose light, coloured cotton fabric with half or short sleeves. Apply a thick layer of sunscreen with SPF- 25 to 30 to be applied 20-30 minutes before going out in the sunlight. If you have to be in sun for more than 4 hrs, re-apply the sunscreen again. Use umbrella & Goggles.. There are tannins sprays and beds available in the market, but i wouldn't recommend you to opt for these costly options. Rather go for natural/ herbal products which was used by our ancestors and they are the best treatment for us! Home Remedies: 1.) Get Glowing Skin with Lemon Lemon is known for its anti-tanning properties. It helps to reduce the dark spots and also helps in getting rid of the blemishes. Apply lemon on the darkened areas. Keep for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water. Lemon should not be used on cuts and wounds as it will cause a burning sensation. While you are applying lemon, don’t expose yourself to sunlight. 2.) Get Glowing Skin with Honey Combos Lemon and honey makes a good combination which helps you lighten your skin. Mix lemon and honey in equal quantities and apply it on your skin. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash it off. If you have a dry skin, you can try a combination of honey with cucumber juice. Mix them in equal proportion. You can apply it to any part of your body i.e. face, hands, legs, etc. Apply it for 15 minutes and then wash it. You can also use a milk and honey pack. Mix these in equal quantities and apply. After applying keep it for some time. Then massage the paste in a circular motion. Wash off with cold water. If you have oily skin use low fat or else use full cream milk. 3.) Get Glowing Skin with Oatmeal Pack Oatmeal helps you to remove the dirt which goes into the skin pores. Soap usually fails to remove this dirt. Mix oatmeal with a little turmeric and few drops of lemon. Quantity of turmeric powder should be very less. Now, make a thick paste of it. Apply it to your skin and leave it for a few minutes so that it gets a little dry. Take off the mask by washing it with lukewarm water. 4.) Get Glowing Skin with Bananas Banana has got many advantages. It is a mood booster and also keeps your heart healthy. Banana also helps you get a glowing skin. Mash ripe bananas and grease your skin with it. Keep it for some time and rinse it. Repeat this procedure weekly to get good results. You can also add raw milk to the mashed bananas to get a nice glow. Raw milk is also helpful in getting a fair skin. 5.) Get Glowing Skin with Tomato Attending the La Tomatina festival every month could have made it easy to get a fair skin. Tomato is also a skin lightening agent. It also absorbs all the oil of your face and treat the open pores of your face.  Make tomato pulp in the required quantity and apply it to your skin. Leave it for some time so that it dries. Rinse it off with water. Tomato gives your skin a pinkish glow. 6.) Get Glowing Skin with Fruit Pack Fruits can work wonders for your skin and also provide you with naturally glowing skin. Prepare a fruit pack by combining the pulp of an avocado, papaya and cucumber. Then add 2 teaspoons of cream. Mix well to form a paste and apply all over the face. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water. People with oily or combination skin can avoid adding cream, they can add sandal wood pack in it. Take Care.
