Phymosis is the condition. Answer to it is surgical correction by urologist or gen. Surgeon. It is required for two main reasons - 1. To clean the area behind glans (head of penis). 2. During proper sex in which vagina puts pressure on skin and if it does not go behind then it would be painful and your erection will fall. Both are important so get it done at appropiate time.

Hello, I am 28 years old my weight is 73 kgs and my BMI is overweight. Every day in morning I am taking first warm water with honey and lemon. After 30-60 mins m having oats/ cornflakes with milk/ curd one fruit (apple, banana). Afternoon spouts, salad, fruits, night roti, dal, sabji, salad. Daily 30-45 mins m doing walk in evening. I want to know why I can not reduce my weight. Last two months I am following this above food. Can you please suggest me what should I eat or not or any diet chart for my weight loss.

There is always a proportion for food at every meal. Overeating or eating in excess can lead to fat gain. Looking at your diet record I see that there is too much of carbohydrates in every meal. Excess carbohydrates convert to body fat. There is no good quality protein in your diet. You have to use healthy oils for cooking. Drink enough water. And exercise well. There can other issues as well which may hinder fat loss like 1) hormone issues 2) water retention.

Hi Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Whether it's a child or a grown-up, difficulty in concentrating is often experienced by many people. While, people tend to brush off this particular problem to be nothing worth being concerned about, but sometimes, there may be a more serious underlying issue for which concentration problem is only a mere symptom. Yes, difficulty in concentrating can be a sign of a neurological disorder. Keep on reading to know more about neurological disorder, its symptoms, and treatment.

Reasons behind difficulty in concentrating
Inability to focus properly is a periodic and normal occurrence for many. While sometimes it is the emotional stress or physical tiredness that is responsible for it, at times it is the outcome of hormonal changes in the body, such as during pregnancy or menopause that causes it. However, when experienced in severe degrees, it may be a characteristic of a serious psychological condition called neurological disorder. Affecting both adults and the children, the neurological disorder can be a serious threat if not treated at the right time.

Neurological disorder
Neurological disorder refers to any condition that happens due to the dysfunction of the nervous system or the parts of the brain. Depending on the location of the damage to the nerve or in the spinal column or the brain, different areas controlling the vision, movement, thinking or hearing can be severely affected. The decreased ability to focus on something or loss of concentration power being one of the many symptoms of neurological disorders among the various complications it causes.

Causes behind neurological disorder
Many reasons lead to neurological disorder or its associated symptoms like difficulty in focusing. From lifestyle-related issues to nutrition related causes, physical injuries to some infections, complications during childbirth, and genetics to environmental influences, numerous factors can be responsible for such disorder. Depending on the type of neurological disorder, the symptoms can vary from to another, while for some difficulty concentrating can be a symptom, for some, the symptoms can be more of physical difficulties such as problems in walking or difficulty speaking or seeing, etc.

Dealing with difficulty concentrating
Once the cause of the neurological disorder is determined, there are various treatment options, offered by the doctors. To deal with the neurological disorder as the cause of difficulty concentrating one may need medications and treatment provided by the medical professionals. However, there are a few tips that one can keep in mind, such as minimizing multitasking and focusing on one single thing or thought at one time or dividing tasks into small steps, etc.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi Lybrate-user, कैसे तेजी से घटाएं अपना वज़न? 1. तीन time खाने की बजाये 5-6 बार थोडा-थोडा खाएं: यदि आप सुबह, दोपहर, शाम खाने की बजाये दिन भर में 5-6 बार थोड़ा-थोड़ा खाए तो आप 30% कम कैलोरी consume करते है और आपको भूख भी कम लगती है. 2. नाश्ते के बाद,पानी को अपना main drink बनाएं: नाश्ते के वक़्त orange juice, चाय, दूध इत्यादि ज़रूर लें लेकिन उसके बाद पुरे दिन पानी को ही पीने के लिए इस्तेमाल करें. कोल्ड-ड्रिंक और चाय-कॉफ़ी पर भी पूरा control रखें.इस तरह आप हर रोज़ करीब 200-250 Calories कम consume करेंगे. 3. सब्र रखें: याद रखिये की आज जो आपका weight है वो कोई दो -दिन या दो महीने की देन नहीं है. ये तो बहुत समय से चली आ रही आपकी life-style का नतीजा है. और यदि आपको weight loss करना है तो निश्चित रूप से आपको सब्र रखे.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are many causes of pain in lower back region which can be attributed to issues with muscles, disc, spinal canal etc. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.
