Hi I am 39 year female and have alot of pain in back of my foot please help which is leading to leg pain as I am working women so I am constantly standing, walking.

Dear pain in the back of foot may be due to excessive strain on your legs as you are constantly standing or walking. I would suggest you to take some rest in between to begin with. Further, take some self-stretches of the calf, hamstrings and the quadriceps muscles as frequently as you can as they'll hardly consume a minute or two. Try hot water immersion immediately before going to bed. This will surely help.

Mattresses kis type ki use kr ni chahiye. Aur kis company ki sahi rhegi? Maine October 2015 me mattress li thi aur october 2016 se meri back me dard hona start ho gya. Morning me jb udta hu tab dard rhta hai. Winter season me to kbhi Kbhi mrng me udna mushkil ho jata tha.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Recently somebody commented as I was drinking water that while drinking water we should sit and drink otherwise our knee joints get affected and become weak. Is it true? What's the logic behind this.

As of to my knowledge nothing as such Normally for good digestive system to assimilate well Sitting and eating drinking is advisable

Hi Initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot fermentation 3)do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4)after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise 5)avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags. I am 23yr old female, I have been suffering from backache and difficulty in standing due to dragging down pain in back (thoracic). This problem started 7-8yrs back and I is now worse. I did physiotherapy once and got benefitted from it. I am mostly suspecting it to be postural backache. But if I sit or stand straight then pain increases. Now since couple of months I have been getting pain in lower limbs also. I have ignored this problem since many yrs but now I want to get rid of it asap before it gets too late! kindly suggest me investigations to be done and treatment.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Doctor, 2 weeks back I had a injury in my leg and after that the infected wounds is full of pus (white liquid type) I cleaned it many times and applied betadine ailment but it not that easy to remove and I am suffering from big pain Can you please help me out. IT IS VERY painful. THANK YOU.

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
