Dear Alok. This is sign of urinary tract infection (uti). Drink plenty of water. Take fruits and vitamins containing vit c. Get your urine culture done. You may need to be prescribed few antibiotics and urinary analgesics if required.

kindly take guduchyadi kshayam, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, before meals, thrice a day. Avoid cold water, curd, tea, spicy food in your diet. Take liquid diet like daliya, khicdi, moong daal in your diet.

Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk. Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits .avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.

You r a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasiohave fruits with a high vitamin a content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin e and c contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. In fact, fibroadenoma of the breast, as has been diagnosed in your case, is a benign condition. Though fibroadenomas are usually not painful, they could be sensitive to touch. Often women find it tender couple of days before the menstruation begins. For pain, you may apply an alternating heat and cold treatment for couple of minutes that may alleviate the same. Gently massaging the breast (s) with little bit of a mixture of frankincense, sandalwood and lavender oils can help too. You may as well consider applying 'phytolacca decandra' oil topically for easing off breast pain. However, you need to exercise caution and stop further application should your skin be allergic to the same or you get any burning sensation. Simultaneously, do follow a streamlined and balanced diet (preferably Mediterranean) & regular lifestyle with due emphasis on regular exercise, stress reduction aFor any query if you wish you can take appointment. Dr. Saksena.nd relaxation. You can take 'Amla Churna' (Patanjali) & 'Bael Churna (Patanjali- 1/2 tsp each with warm water, preferably before lunch daily for next 1 month. You can also take tomato soup to which fresh herbs like garlic, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, coriander leaves and oregano has been added, once daily. Consume plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Especially, vegetables & fruits rich in carotenoids, vitamin C & vitamin B12 are known to help in this condition. Also, apples, broccoli, and cabbage contain glucaric acid which is closely similar to calcium D-glucarate that helps clearing out toxins and excess hormones out of the body that is likely to increase the risk of hormone dependent growths like fibroadenomas and also cancers of the breast. Try avoiding tea, coffee, carbonated soft drinks, dairy products including chocolates, alcohol, greasy, sugary and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods etc all. Green tea is an exception though. Stay well hydrated and have at least 8 - 10 glasses of clear fluids through out the day. Again, its very important that the fibroadenomatoid changes be monitored regularly for increase in size/ shape/ hardness, if any, and the OB/ GYN consulted apropos and follow his/ her advise without fail. The cause for fibroadenoma may have a genetic link or it may be also due to hormonal imbalance. If, its owing to an estrogen imbalance, your OB/ GYN is the right person to advise further diagnostics and treat this condition suitably. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.. Please update with your valuable feedback.

Knee pain hi dear U CAN DO IT …………Knees are the most commonly injured joints in the body. Considering that when you simply walk up stairs, the pressure across your knee joints is four times your body weight, it isn't surprising. Simple, everyday wear and tear can end up hurting your mobility. But it’s not too late. Like a rusty door hinge, with care and maintenance, you knees can be trouble free. Even if you already experience problems, exercising the muscles surrounding the knee joints— Quadriceps (front of thigh), Hamstrings (back of thigh), Abductor (outside thigh), and Adductor (inside thigh)—will help make your knees stronger and less susceptible to injury. Exercise keeps your joints from stiffening and provides needed support, making movement easier and reducing pain. Here are some exercises you can do to both stretch and strengthen the knee area: STRETCHES 1.Chair knee extension: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair so the knee is slightly raised. Gently push the raised knee toward the floor using only leg muscles. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds and release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 2.Heel slide knee extension: Lie on your back, with left knee bent and left foot flat on floor. Slowly slide the left heel away from your body so both legs are parallel. Hold for 5-10 seconds, return to starting position. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 3.Knee flexion: Sitting in a chair, loop a long towel under your foot (resting on the floor). Gently pull on the towel with both hands to bend the knee, raising your foot 4 - 5 inches off the floor. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. 4.Hamstring stretch: Standing, put one foot in front of you, toes up. With hands on the small of your back (or one hand holding a chair for balance), bend the opposite knee and hip (not your lower back), until you feel the hamstrings stretch. The upper body comes forward at the hip. Hold for 5 -10 seconds, then release. Repeat 5 times on each leg. STRENGTH TRAINING 1.Wall slide: Leaning with your back against a wall, bend your knees 30°, sliding down the wall, then straighten up again. Move slowly and smoothly, using your hands on the wall for balance. Keep feet and legs parallel, and do not allow knees to go out over the toes. Repeat 5 -10 times. 2.Bent-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, straighten one leg in the air (without locking the knee). Hold for about one minute. Bend your knee to lower the leg about halfway to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds. Return to starting position. Work up to 4 reps on each leg. 3.Straight-Leg Raises: Sitting in a chair, rest your foot on another chair. Lift the foot a few inches off the chair while keeping your leg straight. Hold for 5 -10 seconds. Return to resting position. Repeat 5 -10 times. (Also work on increasing the time, up to 2-3 minutes if possible.) 4.Abductor Raise: Lie on your side, propped on one elbow. The leg on the floor bent, the other straight. Slowly lift the top leg, hold for 5 -10 seconds, then lower. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity). Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 5.Hamstring Curl: Stand with the front of your thighs against a surface (a table or wall). Flex one knee up as far as is comfortable. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds, then lower slowly. If possible, do not touch the floor between repetitions. (Ankle weights will increase the intensity.) Do 1-3 sets with 12-15 repetitions each. Remember to rest in between sets. 6.Step-Ups: Stand in front of a step, like a sturdy bench or stairs, about two feet high (or less if necessary). Step up onto the support, straighten your knees fully (without locking them) and step down. Maintain a steady pace. If you are comfortable with your balance, pump your arms while doing this exercise. Start with 1 minute, slowly building your time. Gets your heart pumping too! 7.Stationary Bike: Biking is a good way to increase strength and range of motion. Make sure you have the right positioning of the legs. At the bottom of the pedal stroke, the bend in the knee should be 15 degrees. Start with 10 minutes and slowly increase your time. Depending on your current level of activity and mobility, a good start is 3 stretching and 3 strengthening exercises, 3-4 times a week. Stretching can be (and should be) done everyday if possible to prevent stiffness and achy joints. These stretches can be done a few times a day if needed I HOPE U WILL FITTT AND FINE THNX…………………………………………………….

Dengue spreads through mosquitoes, and it's better He sleeps away from others and see that u r safe from mosquitoes bite, give him plenty of fluids, they stop the dehydration and fatigue of muscles also on fourth day take blood sample of complete blood picture so that his platelets r normal, give him one teaspoon of MAHASUDARSHANA khada added in three teaspoons of water apart from paracetamol

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.  Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Homoeopathic medicine NATRUM MUR 6X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tabs 3 time daily ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
