Few things regarding headache so that we can plan treatment accordingly 1) If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eyesight for refractive error 2) If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause anf 3) If the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause 4) If the pain is associated with either a low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination 5) If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause

I feel uneasiness in social situations. I face increased heartbeat, sore and tight thighs, shaking hands. Sometimes, cheek portion below eyes shakes. All this is because of automatic fear regarding people seeing me. All these thoughts continue to disturb me. I feel certain tightness in hands thinking about these situations and I worry thinking about them. Suggest yoga remedies for eliminating worries.

Hi, I always eat white rice or parathas made of maida, which is better among them?
Hello. Both aren't really good options. But if you are very fond of white rice you can par boil the rice. Try eating brown rice instead of white, and in parathas, try using wheat flour, but wheat bran along with maida, to reduce the quantity of maida, and eventually stop maida completely. Both too much of white rice, and maida in the diet will harm your health, earlier you change, the better for your health.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine

Dear lybrate-user, yes you can take banana. Infact you can take any fruit that youwant. You should take easily digestible food like daliya khichri, even roti sabzi is fine. Do take good protein like daal and paneer. Ifyou eat non vegetarian then you can take eggs and fish. Avoid red meat. But most important do not stop your medicines without consulting the doctor.
