I am 45 years a working women- lecturer, weight is 78, hight 5'2. I am suffering from thyroid taking one 100mg tab thyroxine daily. Also taking amlopres at one tab daily. Bp and thyroid both will remain normal. I have work out at gym about 90+ minutes daily: cordio 30 minutes yoga and crunch etc.My problem is my weight is not reducing. Taking very healthy and balance fibre rich diet.Kindly tell me a proper diet plan so that I can reduce my weight at least 5 kg in a month.

To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

My blood pressure is 170/110. I am taking medicine and it's almost 1 month I am in control I can see improvements like it has been reduced to 165/94 I have checked it 2 days without taking the medicine. Is it possible to completely eradicate at least like 150/90? Is it possible to cure blood pressure fully since I am at very early age of 26 I don't want to depend on medicine. Kindly suggest me some diet or more to achieve my target with least use of medicine. Or based on my physical data if someone can suggest something.

In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause..Mix 1 teaspoon of onion juice with an equal amount of honey. Take once a day for 1 week. Hello, hair loss is normal after pregnancy especially when it is associated with thyroid disorder. Take calcium and iron supplementation. Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Follow this for 1 month. If still it's not reducing then consult a good dermatologist.

Dear lybrateuser, -You can have egg whites if you are exercising -your pimples are not due to eggs, wash your face 3-4 times with normal water especially after sweating -to reduce egg intake you can add other sources of protein like milk, soya beans, fish, chicken, paneer, yogurt, also have fruits & vegetables, especially green leafy ones in your diet -avoid spicy, deep fried,processed & junk foods, restrict intake of tea, coffee -have 2-3 litres of water in a day , this will improve your digestion.

Take ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey thrice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

Hi, Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hello. Please dear do not go for it. I am saying this from my experience as trichologist in richfeel franchise. It is just waste of money. Nothing else. The transplanted hair are not maintaining its worthy position as expected. This happens internally because of hormonal imbalance. Once you correct this imbalance from inside. It will give its effect on your face. If you want to know more about this. You can please contact me. Because its worthless to spend such huge amount behind this. It can be corrected just be simple pills. Please let me know whatever you decide. Take care.:)

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.
