All the above are due to hyperacidity. If you are constipated take some medicine for constipation and for reducing acidity, follow food discipline like avoiding spices, chillies and out side food. Take regular and timely meals and donot take full stomach keep atleat 1/4 stomach empty. Take plenty of water a minimum of 2.5 - 3 litres of water throughout the day. Take fibre containing food like cucumber, carrot etc. With each meal. Avoid execissive tea/coffee, if you are taking donot take on empty stomach. Have regular physical activity like morning walk/yoga etc. Follow these and acidity levels will be within permissible limits.

Hairfall may occur naturally as a part of the aging process. It may occur as effects of serious illness or may be hereditary. It can occur also due to the use of certain drugs. Baldness or receading hairline may be due to following causes:- 1. Age- by the age of 50, approximately 50% men experience hair loss. 2. Stress 3. Illness 4. Major surgery 5. Medicine such as those used in chemotherapy, blood thinners, antu depressants, excessive amount of vit. A and diseases like diabetes. What to do? by adapting healthier eating habbits and consuming protein packed foods like meats, chicken, fish, eggs and milk, hair loss can ease generally and normal growth can resume in months. Vitamin a, b2, folic acid, iidine, copper, amino acids, mostly found in green leafy vegetables plays a significant role in hair maintenance. Onion slices rubbed at the bald area helps in new hair growth. Brewed green tea water can be applied over the scalp as it is rich in anti oxidants, which gives strength to the hair strands. Regular oiling, nourishing and washing maintains healthy scalp n hairs. Apply arnica hair oil. It checks the hair fall.

Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. Hello in order to be healthy, you need to do exercise to increase your metabolism like brisk walking or cycling or swimming or yoga and stretching for 25-30 mins for 5 days a week and take balanced diet along. To withstand normal heat keep yourself hydrated, include fluids like diluted lassi, green tea, lemon water, jeera water. Have lots of fruits like watermelon, plums, melon, apple and salad vegetables like onion, cucumber, kakri, tomato. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Try to wake up early like early to bed early to rise, its actually healthy. Thank you.

Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a dht (dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing dht levels in the body. Along with protein, vitamin a and b rich foods like mangoes, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, wholegrain cereals and peas will help prevent hair loss.

Prepare a mixture of lodhra powder 25 gm+ haldi-turmeric powder 25 gm + tankan 25 gm, take 5 gm mix in warm water to get paste and apply on affected part twice daily keep for two to three hours of morning application but application of night keep till morning, later wash with water, report after two weeks. Orally take two tablets triphala (himalaya) two times in a day for one month.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. Your body does not exclusively need proteins to gain weight. Protein is one no help if your diet and exercise routine is not good. So, first improve on that before thinking of a supplement.

I get tired very soon after hard work and feel dizzy often while walking what should I do?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Hello lybrate user. Not feeling fresh after getting up from sleep, feeling less energetic and tiredness throughout the day may normally be present if they are occasional once a while in a person's life. But if this is the story which is being repeated almost everyday for atleast 2 weeks or more than it needs a close evaluation. At your age having persistent pervasive low mood and lack of interest, lack of concentration, forgetting things, lack of concentration, constant tiredness with having headache or head heaviness may be signs of depression. Other thing which we neet to rule out here is any organic cause for the symptoms. So I suggest you to get your thyroid function test, hemogram and mri brain done. You need to get evaluated closely by a psychiatrist and if there are other signs of depression present you may be started on anti-depressants with expecting good amount of improvement in a month of start of medications.
