Your menstrual cycle is still maturing and it will get regularised when the hormones in your body fall into a regular pattern. Right now this happens due to immaturity of the hormone cycle which makes the lining of the uterus fall over a month. Then in the next month the lining is not yet developed well so there is a gap in menses and as soon as it overcomes a limit, it starts. Usually the problems are due to this. But in some women there could be thyroid or other hormone problems so do visit a gynecologist and get evaluated by a check up and some tests like hormone levels and ultrasound.

For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15.

Please reduce your weight, it is 85 kg please sleep early and wake up early go for morning walk in greenery do pranayam and yoga daily take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid heavy and fatty diet avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid outside food.

Hi. What you are describing is called as anxiety and apprehension. So take time to play sports, have fun time with friends and family. You should get your bp checked from your family doctor. Nothing else is required if bp is normal. Take care.

Use a wet, warm compress over an epidermoid cyst to encourage it to drain and heal. The washcloth should be hot but not so hot that it burns the skin. Place it over the cyst two to three times a day. Ideally you should let the cyst drain on its own. Please wait for some time till it comes out on its own.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Please consult a psychologist online or in person for further advice. 1. Take one tablet of crocin advance sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen and dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

Dear , I am sure the lady you are inquiring about must have been investigated so post all reports along with pictures of sonography. It is very likely that she has bladder neck obstruction where medical treatment can be tried but surgery is best and permanent solution. Meanwhile she must drink plenty of fluids especially in hot weather or on a tour.

Mr. Lybrate-user, walking for an hour is a good exercise for every body, more so in diabetes, as it helps burn extra calories, in turn reduces blood sugar level. Slow or fast may not matter, but one wants to burn more calories then brisk walking is good. About 5 kms in an hour. Morning or evening also does not really matter.

You can take (if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, one thing I want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes revert if symptom persist.

Please do not stop atormac-tg. Your levels are normal because of the medicine. If you stop the levels will rise up again. I hope this helps.

The most common form of morning stiffness and pain is due to muscle imbalances and poor conditioning of the muscles themselves. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and learn how to safely, easily, stretch and strengthen the weak and tight areas of your lower back and hips which cause pain while sleeping.
