Take light meals at night ..don't take milk at night.. Sleep in left lateral position.. Take ashwagandha powder by dabur...2 tsp twice daily with milk... Drink lots of fluids through out the day

Motion sickness occurs when motion messages to the brain conflicts. One motion message comes from inner ear that controls balance and another motion message is from eyes. During this change in position caused by travel, these two motion message conflicts thereby causing motion sickness. There are medication which can help relief the symptoms. Hello, As per your briefing (which is insufficient), it seems to be an allergic problem or due to scabies. Do share more symptoms and problems currently you are having for making a diagnosis. Is any other family member is also suffering from the same problem? Pruritus simply means itching. It can be associated with a number of disorders, including dry skin, skin disease, pregnancy, and rarely, cancer. Prevention: The best way to prevent pruritus is to take care of your skin. To protect skin: Use skin creams and lotions that moisturize your skin and prevent dryness. Use sunscreens regularly to prevent sunburns and skin damage. Use mild bath soap that won't irritate your skin. Take a bath or shower in warm -- not hot -- water. Avoid certain fabrics, such as wool and synthetics, that can make skin itch. Switch to cotton clothing and bed sheets. Since warm, dry air can make skin dry, keep the thermostat in your house down and use a humidifier. To relieve itching, place a cool washcloth or some ice over the area that itches, rather than scratching. Management: You can improve your dry skin by good along with a healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Choose mild soaps that have added oils and fats. Avoid deodorant and antibacterial soaps, which are especially harsh on dry skin. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin (never ever rub the area). Apply the moisturizer or lubricating cream while your skin is still wet or moist from bathing. Petroleum jelly is a good choice. Cover the treated areas with plastic wrap to keep the petroleum jelly from staining clothes and furniture. Use a portable home humidifier or one attached to your furnace to add moisture to the air inside your home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe Vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.

Hi take pranacharya no tens capsule 1_1 twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep...take shirshooladi vajra ras twice a day with honey....avoid tea and coffee

It could be a fungal Infection or there could be a hole in the ear drum. You need to consult with a good ENT surgeon and get the ear cleaned.

When ever climates change like june to july my nose starts bleeding sometime. Will you please give me any solution. Or precaution.

  • Rest is a key component to the body’s healing process, without it the injured area could become inflamed, more painful, or you could risk further injury
  • Ice reduces inflammation and pain. To protect your skin we recommend that the ice be placed within a towel before wrapping around the injured area 
  • Compression helps reduce swelling and pain
  • Elevation also helps reduce swelling by reducing blood flow to the affected area.

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

1. Avoid caffeine found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. Quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Here are 3 powerful ways to get rid of snoring. 1. Steam: nasal congestion is one of the biggest reasons behind snoring. The best solution for reducing congestion is to inhale steam. - pour hot boiling water in a large bowl/ you can also use a steamer. - add three or four drops of eucalyptus essential oil or tea tree essential oil. - hold a towel over your head and inhale the steam deeply through your nose for 10 minutes. - follow this remedy daily before going to bed until your congestion clears. 2. Ghee: ghee, also known as clarified butter, has certain medicinal properties that can help open up blocked nasal passages. This in turn will help you snore less and sleep better. - slightly warm a small amount of ghee. - use a dropper to put two or three drops of lukewarm ghee in each nostril. - do this daily before going to bed and again after waking up the next morning. 3.
