I am 37 yrs old. suffering from fever from last one month. Blood test denies malaria typhoid. Platelets count 154000. Took medicine for 15 days. But still fever is on with severe backache.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Avoid junk food. Mr. Lybrate-user, what are present fasting, pp and hba1c% readings? that will give me an idea about what kind of control needs to be established or any additional treatment to be given. Also inform bp readings. Plus looking at your weight and height your bmi is 27.18 kg/m2, signifying over weight. Your ideal body weight should be about 59 kgs. Tis als contributes to improper control due to increased insulin resistance. Weight reduction will also take care of acidity and bp control.

Take diet low in purine level. Avoid high protein and meat. Drink plenty of liquids. Increase the consumption of dietary soluble fibres such as Isabgol, Oats, Spinach, Broccoli. Eat citrus fruits. Hope this helps u. Consult with more details.
