I have pinched nerve problem on my lower back and I can't walk or stand due to this problem stomach and my digestion is not work properly and constipation occurs, wht should I do?

I have pinched nerve problem on my lower back and I can't walk or stand due to this problem stomach and my digestion ...
For pinched nerve/compressed nerve treatment varies, depending on the severity and cause of the nerve compression. You may find that you benefit greatly from simply resting the injured area and by avoiding any activities that tend to worsen your symptoms. You should see a doctor if you feel constant numbness or pain in the area despite minimal use or if the muscles in the affected area feel weaker over time. Seek immediate treatment if the symptoms are severe or the area feels cold or appears very pale or blue. You might consider seeing a physiotherapist. She/he can give you specialized stretches and exercises that aid in healing a pinched nerve. Certain exercises relieve the pressure on the pinched nerve, helping to reduce pain. Many of the stretches used in this healing process must be done with a trained professional, so don't do them on your own.

This is due to calcaneal spur. Ask her to do contrast bath for 15 days. Method of contrast bath is - take two pots of water, one should be icy chilled and other should be warm (tolerable warm). Dip her heel in warm water for one minute and then in cold water for one minute. Repeat it for 5 times in a session i.e one minute warm. One minute cold. Again warm. Then again cold. For 5 times. Start from warm and finish at warm. Do it twice a day for 15 days.

Alternatively Medications For Cough and Cold in Winter

5 natural remedies for cough and cold that really work!

Wan't to get rid of your cold and cough without medication? here are some natural remedies that will work wonders!

The common cold is almost always accompanied by a cough and can be quite an irritating condition to deal with. While, medication can help reduce the symptoms you experience, a cold has no cure and it takes about seven days to resolve. So, instead of loading your body with all those chemicals why not try something natural to beat the discomfort you feel. Here are 5 natural remedies that work to not only keep a cough and cold at bay but also help relieve the symptoms.

Keep garlic handy

Garlic is packed with antioxidants and is perfect to protect you against a cough and cold. Apart from that garlic contains a compound known as allicin, which is known to have great anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties.

How to use:

Tip#1: if you have been suffering from an earache, it could be a sign of an infected throat or eustachian tube. This can later lead to a cough and cold. So in order to thwart its progression into one, crush a few pods of garlic and wrap it in a clean cloth. Now place this in your ear, making sure you do not push it in too deep.

Tip #2: if you have a cough and cold, take about 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, lightly crush and saut it in a little ghee. Have this as an easy remedy. Alternatively, you can also juice four cloves of garlic, two tomatoes, and a lemon to make a delicious antibacterial and antiviral drink. You can also combine these ingredients to prepare a tomato and garlic soup with a little rock salt if you prefer. You may like to read about 9 causes of cough.

Treat your cold and cough with turmeric

Turmeric is rich in curcumin and volatile oils that have a protective as well as therapeutic action in persons suffering from cough and cold. Haldi also has anti-viral and anti-bacterial activity that can help beat the infection.

How to use:

Tip#1: the best way to use turmeric is as soon as you feel a scratchy sensation in your throat that indicates the onset of a sore throat or cough. Turmeric can help prevent the infection from worsening. The easiest way to use turmeric is ashaldi doodh. To make this drink take a teaspoon of haldi and add it to a glass of milk. Now boil the mixture and drink it while it is still hot. You can add some honey to the mixture too, in order to sweeten the drink and add to its antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Tip# 2: you can also have some turmeric tea to treat the condition. All you need to do is boil 4 cups of water, mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder to it and boil the water. Once done allow it to stand for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture using a fine strainer, and then mix in a little honey and lemon your medicinal turmeric tea is ready. You can add some tulsi to the tea to make it a better natural remedy.

Drink protective herbal tea

Besides the turmeric tea mentioned above, there are other herbal teas that also help people who suffer from frequent cough and cold. These teas combine the beneficial effects of different ingredients such as pepper, ginger, tulsi andcinnamon to help relieve the symptoms of cold and cough and keep the condition at bay.

How to use:

Tip#1: mix in 4 pods of cardamom, 4 corns of black pepper, 4 cloves, a few small slices of fresh ginger and a small piece of cinnamon in water. Allow the mixture to boil, turn the flame to low, cover the vessel and allow it to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain the tea, mix in a little milk or honey and drink it while it is still warm.

Tip# 2: you can also prepare a simple tea with tulsi by adding about 15 washed leaves of tulsi into 1.5 cups of water and boiling. After about 10 minutes, strain this liquid, mix in one tablespoon of lemon juice and drink it while it is still warm. Lemon juice contains vitamin c and this, in combination with the medicinal ingredients of the tulsi will improve your immunity against the cold.

Tip# 3: you can also prepare a gargling solution at home using neem and honey. Take about 3 leaves of neem with a medium-sized glass of water and boil the mixture. When the liquid has cooled, mix in one teaspoon of honey and gargle to get relief from a sore throat.

Homemade medicinal lozenge

Much before the time of halls and strepsils, homes in india used to have their own lozenge-like remedies for cough and cold. Not only does this remedy help reduce the irritation you feel in your throat, but it is also a natural way to treat a cough.

How to use:

Here is a simple remedy you can easily prepare. Chop a small quantity of ginger and extract the juice from it. Also, roast and powder a few corns of pepper. Mix the ginger juice, pepper powder, a pinch of turmeric and add a little honey to make it a thick paste. Now roll it into small balls to make it into toffees. Place these inside your mouth like you would a lozenge, and keep sucking on this for about 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat two or three times in a day for relief.

I feel sleepy through out the day even I take complete rest or sleep of 8 hr. please ans.

I feel sleepy through out the day even I take complete rest or sleep of 8 hr. please ans.
One of the main reasons for not getting proper sleep is that plans made during the day time or earlier, do not succeed and mind finds ways or speculates or wanders to find ways to make the the plans work. These mental speculations repeat in mind at time of sleeping. So, due to plans not working as the mind likes to, the mind remains in agitated state due to finding no way to solve mundane plans and thus leads to frustration which avoids mind to go into sleep mode. This leads to not getting proper sleep. One has to break one's self-centeredness to avoid the thoughts and frustrations entering into mind at time of sleep leading to improper sleep. The solution is to not intentionally think further about plans, but with faith surrender to the supreme and instead of thinking about the plans it is better to read a nice book, listen to nice music or talks which do not allow mind to get frustrated with mental speculations. Drinking cow's milk in night before sleep also should help. Hope this helps,

Hello, PCOS or pcod s a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding.Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant(infertility), depression. Regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment (hormonal) can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Try to fit in moderate activity and/or vigorous activity often. Brisk Walking, jogging, dance or aerobics are great exercise that most people can do.Eat heart-healthy foods. This includes lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and whole grains. It limits foods that are high insaturated fat, such as meats, cheeses, and fried foods. Most women who have PCOS can benefit from losing weight. You should go for blood reports for diagnosis. What other symptoms you are suffering. CBC MP and URINE routine micro are basic investigation which will rule out for malaria and infection. Sex time ko kese badhaya ja skta. Meri sex timing 5-7 minit hi h kya ye accha h ya bura.
5-7 minute to kafi thik hai phir bhi aap exercise kar sakte hain- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for few seconds then release repeat this several times daily. Another is stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind, the penis will relax, after sometime start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over few months you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. For medicine information you can ask me in private question, only information will be given medicines can't be prescribed without physical examination.

Your SGOT/SGPT is within normal limit In most of the cases the hepatitis B virus automatically gets cleared from the blood within 6 months. If the virus persists after 6 months it is known as chronic Hepatitis B.30-90% of patient suffering from chronic hepatitis B subsequently develop cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver if not treated. You have to regularly do the blood test to monitor HBsAg, HBeAg HBV DNA, Real time PCR for viral load (Rapid diagnostic test), Liver function test for SGOT/SGPT and consult Hepatologist/Gastroenterologist for advice and treatment.

What are the precautions to be taken for headache? And suggests me a complete cure procedure.
Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - If pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - If the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and If the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out Migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - If the pain is associated with either low or high BP or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination
