If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Don't put undue strain on knee joint. Massage regularly with kethakeemooladi tailam followed by hot fomentation. Have mutton soup regularly.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Take physiotherapy treatment and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and for acidity take cp velozD once before breakfast and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Warm up is essential before starting any kind of physical exercise. Do not skip your warm up if you r doung so. Pain will subside as your muscles get toned with regular exercise. Drink plenty of water and keep urself hydrated. I hope these tips help.

Dear lybrate user, your back pain might b postural defect, please, correct it, first, take, calcium, vit'd. Take, homoeo medicine @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Avoid to bend to lift heavy weight. Cold intake, cold exposure. Take, apple, mushrooms, carrots, cheese, milk, spinach. Please, report, wkly.

Your calf muscles might be tight. You may try warm water fomentation for 10-15 minutes followed by gentle static stretching a few times.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi. My father facing problem tb ocr past 9 months . he is getting to much l of leg pain I can't say that pain my word's and open heart surgery also done he is taking daily 6 tablet paletex. Give me best suggestions for my father.

I am actually not able to understand your father's problem, is he suffering from tuberculosis for which he is taking medicines? and you have mentioned he is suffering from leg pain only, is there any back pain as weel? are there any s/s of neurological involvement like weakness, numbness, paresthesias, etc also in lower limbs? have you got any investigations done for him, if yes, please send me the reprots so that I can see and advise accordingly. I have pain in my left knee joint and left side abdomen sometime often feel discomfort in my left testicle. It is not for whole day but it cause a way discomfort for and in some gesture more. There is a crunching sound in folding and opening of my left knee. Please suggest and get me out of this.

Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
