Hi take following medicines nat suph 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days kali bich 200 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Hii, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, so you should consult with the doctor. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients. Red meat, alcohol n stress should be avoided in psoriasis.

Is psoriasis starts from hands what is the medicines for it will it spreads whole over the body.
Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Scalp psoriasis is a disease which should be treated in initial stages to prevent the disease to spread to other parts of body including joints and nails. On using various lotions and shampoos available in the market there is healing but disease reoccurs after some time. The internal ayurvedic medicines help in providing blood purification and oil we provide helps to prevent reoccurrence. Curcumine (Haldi) is also helpful to prevent reoccurrence. His month we’d like to talk with you about pcos (polycystic ovary syndrome), the most common cause of female infertility and hormonal disorder among women of reproductive age.

This information is mainly for women who are experiencing difficulty getting pregnant as well as women done having babies and having irregular menstrual bleeding, acne, excess body hair growth, and/or difficulty losing weight.

Pcos symptoms

•menstrual period becoming irregular with or without difficulty getting pregnant.•menses are prolonged or infrequent over the last several months.•unwanted or excess hair growth on upper lip, chin, between breasts, on the lower abdomen, or the inner thighs.•acne.•consistent weight gain or difficulty losing weight.

How pcos occurs

•the pituitary gland secretes high levels of lh (luteinizing hormone) and the ovaries make excess androgens such as testosterone.•these increased hormone levels disrupt the normal menstrual cycle, interfere with ovulation, and lead to excess body hair and acne.•when ovulation does not occur, the egg is not released from the follicle and it forms a small cyst along the outer edge of the ovary, forming the “polycystic” appearing ovary.•it should be noted that all women diagnosed with pcos do not have polycystic appearing ovaries.

How we treat pcos
If you have pcos symptoms and live in virginia beach, norfolk, chesapeake, portsmouth or hampton roads, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with one of our gyn doctors or nurse practitioner. Our gyn clinic will take a complete history of your menstrual cycle, pregnancies, recent weight changes, medical problems including diabetes, family history, medications you take, and surgeries you have had.

We will also perform a physical examination including a blood pressure check, weight, pelvic examination, blood tests, and possibly a vaginal ultrasound (likely done as a second visit).

Your gyn doctor will explain everything that is being done and why it is necessary. Once the test results have returned, you will have a follow-up appointment with your gynecologist to go over the results and come up with a treatment plan that resolves your problem in a way that works for you.

If the goal is a pregnancy, we will work with you to achieve that goal. Our treatment would likely include medication such as clomid to induce ovulation. That can be done through a reproductive endocrinologist. Anything more involved than clomid would need to be done through a specialist your gynecologist would recommend.

If the goal is to regulate your menstrual cycle and bring a little predictability back to your life, we can help with that as well. That can be done with oral contraceptives, the nuvaring, or taking progesterone for 10-14 days each month if you prefer to avoid a birth control pill.

If the goal is to treat the excess androgens and reduce excess body hair growth, we can treat that with a medication called aldactone. It is actually a diuretic, but it has been successful in several patients with slowing regrowth of hair after it has been removed by other means.

But first we need to determine what is causing the problem. Perhaps it is pcos, but there are other possibilities as well.

More about pcos
Pcos is associated with diabetes and excess insulin production (also known as insulin resistance). Some patients who are diagnosed with pcos may already have diabetes and some may be at risk for it in the future. This is important to know so it can be periodically screened for. We see a fair amount of women in india who fall into this category.

There is also research being done to determine if pcos is hereditary. Therefore, if your mother or sister has pcos, you may be at increased risk too. The final results of that research have not yet been released.

It is not normal, nor is it safe, to skip periods unless it is medically supervised by your gyn doctor. If your body is not having regular menstrual bleeding, you need to have that checked by a gynecologist. If it is not caused by menopause or by hormone manipulation prescribed by your doctor, you could be at risk for cancer of the uterus.

Pcos patients need to talk to their gynecologist and have a plan for having regular menstrual bleeds in order to prevent the risk of uterine cancer that can be associated with skipping periods. Women are sometimes so happy to not “deal with” bleeding, they do not stop to think about how they could be affecting their body. Please take this as a reminder -- it is not safe.

If you may be suffering from pcos symptoms, please schedule a consultation to discuss your symptoms and get a diagnosis. Once we know what we are dealing with, then the treatment plan is much easier to establish.

Eggs. Eggs are a good source of protein and biotin. Almonds, Nuts and Legumes. Nuts and nut-based butters such as peanut butter are high in nutrients, fiber, protein, biotin and vitamin E. In particular, almonds are great for a healthy scalp and hair. Whole Grains. Milk and Meat. You need to have all these for healthy hair growth. And these are as well as sources of Biotin too. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hello lybrate user backpain can be due to muscle strain or sprain as you have already told about your heavy work related problem. Sometimes due to overloading, abrupt unbalanced movements or heavy lifts with improper posture causes increase strain on discs &ligaments. It can be cure by maintaining proper position of spine while sitting, standing, working, walking, etc. Bed rest combined with thermotherapy gives better relief.

Hi, DipsI can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food.

Osteoporotic vertebral fractures usually become painless by 4 to 6 weeks as the fracture heals. Medicines, rest and brace are initial treatment. Sometimes the fracture doesn't heal well and pain persists. Vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty are the procedures usually done in such situation for pain relief. They are minimally invasive as bone cement is injected into the fractured vertebra through a needle. These procedures give immediate pain relief. You must see a spine surgeon to see if it is suitable for her. Medical treatment for osteoporosis should go on at the same time.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. I assure you that you definitely gain weight & height fastly by following them. Be healthy.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.
