Apply proper sunscreen before going in sunlight 2. Drink 8-10 glass extra water daily 3. Exfoliate your skin atleast once a week 4. Take proper sleep in summers 5. I am 27 years old male, whenever I sleep, I start snoring, I think I snore from last 4-5 years, but recently my friends tell me that I snore very loudly now. Also, I feel fatigue and lack of energy even in the morning, I am not sure if these are relevant. Also, sometimes I feel weakness and pain in leg in morning. Please suggest.

Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

hello Vani, u should do exercise daily specially yoga ,yoga only give strenght to your whole spine. chakrasan ,ardha chakrasan ,tadasan ,pavanmuktasan are very effective as per my observation. if u want better solution do panchakarma (body detoxification).& other ayurvedic treatment like massage- steam ,pind swed, basti. consult ayurvedic doctor near you .

One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. I think you mean that the 5 mm stone is in right ureter. Stones in ureter are the most painful ones. Stones inside kidneys cause pain only when they grow larger. Anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) are the best medicines for ureteric colic (pain due to ureteric stones). However, these are harmful to kidneys if taken for a long time. Another important group of medicines are alpha-bockers. These will dilate the ureter and expedite stone passage. Both these have to be used carefully after assessment of kidney function, allergies and other co-morbidities. However, these will give you complete pain relief.

It's been two months since I have joined gym and I have lost only 3 kgs. I am also following a diet but I don't understand what is going wrong. I need a better diet plan so that I can lose weight fast since I have been working out a minimum of 2 hours at the gym, still the results are not quite satisfying. I don't eat any processed food or junk food. Only salad and dal for dinner. And 1 chapati with vegetable for lunch. Plus I keep eating a fruit or some nuts every 2-3 hours. Firstly you have lost 3 Kgs through proper exercise and diet, that itself is appreciable. At this rate you can lose 18 Kgs in one year. So my advice will be 1. Be patient and be consistent 2. Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss 3. You must take a roti in dinner also else you are missing out on essential carbohydrates 4. Two hours of Gym is good, but in that spend at least 60 minutes on intense cardio for maximum weight loss 5. You can count and monitor your daily calories through myfitnesspal App. This will give you a clear picture of what is going wrong in your approach if any. 6. All the best

I will suggest you to wash your hair daily with lux shampoo and apply hair oil daily and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

Hello lybrate-user, you may be having excessive salivation. But during day time we keep swallowing it, but during deep sleep swallowing reflexes are slow, so saliva droops out of the mourh on pillow. It may be due to 1. Side sleep posture 2. Sinus infection 3. Acidity.
