I have my eyes red since 2 months. What should I have do? And I am using zo-D drop. Is this good for my eyes or not?
Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. These may be due to: • Blepharitis: Swelling along the edge of the eyelid. • Conjunctivitis: Swelling or infection of the clear tissue that lines the eyelids and covers the surface of the eye (the conjunctiva). This is often referred to as "pink eye." • Corneal ulcers: Sores on the cornea most often caused by a serious bacterial or viral infection. • Uveitis: Inflammation of the uvea, which includes the iris, ciliary body, and choroid. The cause is most often not known. It may be related to an autoimmune disorder, infection, or exposure to toxins. The type of uveitis that causes the worst red eye is called iritis, in which only the iris is inflamed. Homoeopathic medicine EUPHRASIA 30 ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 2 drops direct on tongue every 2-3 hrly CINERARIA /EUPHRASIA EYEDROPS ( SBL ) pour into eyes 1-2 drops 3 times daily If no relief within 7 days, please cosult an Eye specialist for physical examination.

Kindly mention your age. Normally the number gets stabilise after 18yrs. If it has not stabilise after that, it can be progressive myopia or keratoconus. No major role of food or any exercise has been established in stabilising the number. Kindly consult ophthalmologist to rule out keratoconus.

Hello, Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1.Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week.

Hello lasik is better than prk. Prk is done when refractive error is small and corneal thickness is inadequate to perform lasik laser prk is painful and recovery is long as compared to lasik lasik is very good option to get rid of glasses doctor will perform few tests (schirmer test, pentacam and fundus examination) and if all tests are normal then you can go for lasik surgery without fear. Success rate of lasik is over 96%. Side effects may vary from minimal like mild dryness, dalk, haloes, glare to severe like infection (very rare). Cost depends on type of lasik which varies from 25000 for standard lasik to 1.10 lacs for smile lasik.

My child aged 6 years is having retina eye problem. Everything is ok, but he can't read from certain distance. All tests have been done. But, even erg test also failed to diagnose exact problem. But it has been diagnosed as retina problem. Probably small retina. It has been suggested another test scanning after 6 months. Is there any remedy for retina problems.

This might be( as you described) Xenthlesma due to excessive Lipid deposition. Get your Lipid profile tested. These are asymptomatic but for cosmetic purposes you may consult cosmetic surgeon.
