These pains are basically either because of general weakness or bad posture so make a conscious effort to improve both take good nutrious diet and a fixed daily routine with lots of activities hobbies outdoor games and exercises the more active and busy you are lesser is the tendency to get body pains you can take one cap of supradyn daily for two months as a supplement to improve your health.

Its been 3 or 4 months my penis became sensitive and I can not masturbate and also its foreskin became tight but now its healed itself. But the pain on penis still there. I over masturbated for long time. Please tell me what to do any home remedy? I can not masturbate. And I feel tingling in my feet also when I touch penis. Pls help.

Fore skin if tight then should be released by small operation. Pain can be due to infection or tight foreskin. Glans without foreskin is sensitive by itself. Check for infection and take doctors advice for it. Ideally Masturbation should not be more than 2-3 times a week for any adult. It will keep you sexually active. Too much of everything is bad as always. Along with this schedule of masturbation you need proper diet which should consist of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging early morning every day. This will keep you fit for future activity also.

There is no harm in having a habit of masturbation twice a week. In fact it is an alternative way to keep our sexual emotions in check. But everything has a limitation. Too much of anything is good for nothing. And, doing it with a feeling of guilt is your problem. Again it is safe if you maintain to masturbate twice a week without guilt-feeling. No need to think of controlling the habit. Try to spend more time with your parents, teachers, friends and siblings. Try no to be alone as far as possible.

*try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed *avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine. The problem can be treated by homeopathy and without adverse effects. Take homoeopathic medicine nux vomica 200 twice daily in the morning and evening.

After two years of exposure you can go for tridot dot test or Elisa test which easily detects antibody of all types of HIV infection. Cmia test or p24 test detects antigen and antibody and is generally done 28 days after exposure.

At first we have to rule out any underlying pathology through proper investigation. If all come out normal then you should consult a psychiatrist as you may suffer from somatoform pain disorder.

Getting Enough Calcium With a Dairy Free Diet

A dairy free diet has many implications. While it is considered as a healthy option by many, it also means that you are cutting off a supply of calcium and even some amount of protein. Calcium, as we all know, is the life giving force for your bones and joints.

So how can you get your dose of calcium without dairy products? Here's a quick list!

  1. Beans: Get your fill of calcium with the protein and calcium rich chickpea. Other brown, black and white beans also have plenty of natural calcium sealed in each bean, which can be ingested on a daily basis. Legumes or smaller beans can also be used for your daily calcium fix. You can cook the legumes like an Indian dal and have it with a serving of rice, or make a yummy hummus with plenty of chickpeas and a touch of garlic. Toss beans soaked overnight in a salad bowl to enjoy calcium for lunch too!
  2. Fish: Salmon and sardines are known to be excellent and healthy sources of lean protein as well as Omega three fatty acids, which keeps the heart healthy above all else. But did you also know that fish contains plenty of natural calcium which can help your bones and joints too? So stock up on fish and enjoy as often as you can. Plus, salmon and sardines also give you a good dose of Vitamin D.
  3. Dry Fruits: Dry fruits like figs and almonds are packed with calcium among various other nutrients and minerals, which makes it ideal for a snack as well. Munch on these to get a constant dose of calcium even when you are on the go, or busy at work.
  4. Greens vegetables: If you thought green vegetables were only a good source of iron and magnesium, you may have to think again. Greens like bok choy are filled with essential nutrients including a good amount of calcium, vitamin A and C. Kale, turnip greens, seaweed and black eyed peas also make it to the list of calcium rich greens. 
  5. Citrus fruits: Get plenty of calcium by starting your day with a glass of orange juice, blended to perfection with carrots as well. Use lemons in your salad and eat all the citrus fruits you can get your hands on. These are all excellent sources of calcium. 
  6. Sesame Seeds: These seeds are rich in calcium and can also keep cancer at bay when taken regularly.
  7. Fox Nuts (Makhane): Fox nuts are rich in protein and calcium. Roasted fox nuts are a great snack also. Pack your diet with all the food groups for a balanced diet that will lead to a healthy lifestyle.

Other than consuming these foods, get a full body check up done to know how healthy you are.

Apply surfaz sn ointment daily at night for one month. Use candid powder daily for one month after bath in morning. It will help you.

I' m getting some smell from my mouth after brushing properly. Do I have any problem in my mouth or in my stomach?

Good afternoon , in majority of the cases the bad smell in the mouth is due to deposits - tartar ( scientifically: calculus) or decayed teeth, but in some cases if on clinical examination by a good dental surgeon these are not found - then we recommend a check up by the gastroenterologist to rule out any stomach or digestion problems. Such awful smell from the mouth can also be attributed to nasal infection or sinusitis or bad throat - so if required the ent also gets to play an important role in its elimination.

Hello, I am suffering from dissociative disorder, and as per doctor advise I am taking medicine since 2 months levipil 500 mg twice daily and venlite OD 100 mg once after dinner and lonazep 0.25 mg twice and seblitium 5 mg for migraine pain. But I have headaches and it's like current going from my right side of brain. And my potty is also not getting cleared. Please help for my headache I cannot bear it.

Please follow the tips below to feel better: Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer. Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer. Decrease the brightness level of your computer’s/mobile phone’s screen .Don't decrease it so much that you have trouble seeing. Minimize watching television. Use UV protection sun glasses when out in the sun. You can also use artificial tear eye drops (E.g. Refresh) every 2- 3 hours to keep the eyes moist. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
