Anal Breathing - Know The Method!

Anal breathing is the beginner’s version of Tao’s Qi Gong. It focuses on the lower portion of the body. Anal breathing helps young men and boys suffering from critical sex problems such as impotence and weak erection. The knowledge of anal breathing is passed by the Tao masters of China thousands of years ago. This method aims at enhancing the bio-energy flow from the conception vessel and Governor's vessel. Once the technique is mastered, it can fetch rich benefits to people suffering from sexual problems.

How is anal breathing done?

  1. The procedure starts with a simple exercise of the butt. While urination, light pressure needs to be applied to the bladder by pushing the ankles and the heels upward and squeeze the buttocks against the anus and the tailbone. This will stop urination by contracting the PC muscles and the prostate gland. This, in turn, makes the buttock muscles trigger the s4-s2 muscles to close the prostate-bladder outlet.
  2. Similar width of the shoulder and the leg should be maintained at all times while performing this technique. Slight pressure should be exerted against the bladder and the buttocks should be contracted against the tailbone until it becomes warm.
  3. The contraction of the butt should be synchronized with the inhalation. While inhaling, it should be ensured that the muscle of the tailbone-anus should be contracted towards the spine. The air should be sucked into the spine, anus and the tailbone of an individual. The sensation of the air getting into the anus is known as anal breathing.

Tips to contract the muscles:

  1. Beginners have a tendency to contract the anal muscles harder than necessary. Hard contractions end up in doing more harm than good. With more practice, it is possible to master the procedure of contracting the tailbone-anus muscles thereby improving the quality of the erection.
  2. The pressure applied to the bladder should be very less. The pressure should be such that the relaxation and the expansion of the prostate and the PC muscles happen smoothly.
  3. In case a person possesses a weak prostate or PC muscle, it is advised that he consumes herbs such as the Patricia, Pyrrosia, dianthus etc.

Check the reservoir:
If the morning erection is no more felt or there is a feeling of fatigue in an individual, the testosterone percentage may be extremely low or non-existent. It is the testosterone that produces nitric oxide to empower erection. If testosterone is lagging in a person, it is advised that necessary measures are taken to build up testosterone levels in the body. Premature ejaculation - medicines:
You can take:

1. Dapoxetine 30 mg. Tab.
Trade names:
Take one tablet 1-3 hours before you have sex.
Side effects: 
Feeling dizzy or faint, and feeling sick. 
Drinking a full glass of water at the same time as taking the tablet can reduce these effects.

2. Paroxetine 12.5mg, one tablet after food for a month at night. 

The brand names:
Perolight 12.5 mg
Parocin cr 12.5 mg.
Side effects:
Vision changes;
Sleep problems (insomnia);
Loss of appetite, constipation;
Dry mouth,
Yawning; or.
Decreased sex drive, impotence or difficulty having an orgasm.

3. Lignocaine jelly (xylocaine) 2%:
Apply over glans penis (head of penis) 10 minutes prior to the intercourse to delay ejaculation.

  • What we mean by that is that when you’re depressed, your self-esteem is low. If you try to have sex, your low self-esteem may lead to performance issues. Then, when you fail to perform, sexually, it lowers your self-esteem further, which makes future sexual performance issues even more likely.
  • Once you’re caught in that trap, it can be notoriously difficult to get out of it.
  • One thing you’ll note that isn’t on the list is" performance anxiety" that’s because while performance anxiety can lead to a lack of sexual performance in certain specific situations, these are generally isolated, one-off events.

Nightfall: Night fall is commonly also known as wet dreams. The problem of nightfall is very common among men's in the young age or adolescent age. The problem of wet dreams is characterized by the unknowingly and involuntarily ejaculation while asleep. It can be seen in both men and women but its more common among male and rare in a female. During the nocturnal emission, the men may wake up and again go back to sleep. A nightfall or nocturnal emission is considered to be a problem only if it is very frequent or if it is persistent even when the male has crossed adolescent age. In either of these case, it is essential to seek a doctor's advice. Frequent masturbation, watching pornography or such pictures, discussing sex or adult talks makes a person victim of the nightfall. Also, certain medicines or drugs such as sedatives, tranquilizers, and high BP medicines can lead to nocturnal emission. Apart from this the mental state of mind (Stress, depression, anxiety etc.) and also no or less physical activity (Obesity, long sitting hours, inactivity) of a person accounts for wet dreams. Treatment Options - 1. A proper diet can ensure strength that you might have lost due to nightfall. 2. Practicing Yoga and meditation regularly before going to sleep can also help in getting rid of the emissions. 3. Consuming ripe leaves of bottle gourd can help in curing insomnia and getting rid of the nocturnal emissions. Other ways to treat nightfall is using natural or homemade remedies. There are no side effects for such treatment methods. Yogurt - Should have at least 2-3 bowls of yogurt a day. Avoid watching Porn - Too much of porn arouses you sexually. So it is advised not to watch porn. Sage tea - Having two cups of sage tea a day will reduce the chances of nocturnal emission. Gooseberry - Popularly known as amla acts as an anti-oxidant and helps in reducing the nightfall. Gradually the wet dreams problem will be solved. Bathing - It is advice to take bath before you go to bed. It helps you have a sound sleep. A sound sleep is very important for avoiding nightfall. Here are few myths about nightfall that every man should know: 1. Nightfall in men is wrong and abnormal: There is nothing wrong or abnormal about nightfall; it is a normal part of growing up and becomes rarer as a male grows up. Rare nightfall in men is not harmful and one need not feel guilty. Nightfall is just spontaneous tendency to empty the reservoir of sperms in adolescents. Nightfall occurs only in males: This is one of the myths about nightfall; the fact is even females could have a spontaneous orgasm in sleep without being aware of it as their vagina just gets wet and lubricated. Men may wake up from sleep due to increased wetness. 2. Nightfall in men is a sign of illness: This is a myth that most people have; however it is a natural process that occurs in most men and women unless it occurs very frequently. Nightfall with high frequency can affect the sexual and mental health of the male or female. You can try out nightfall treatment. 3. Peyronie's Disease: Small and Bent Penis: Bent penis is also called as Peyronie's disease. It is a disorder of the penis characterized by focal scarring and penile curvature. Men who develop this disorder notice a bent penis during erections. The penis curve can develop very gradually. However, in some cases, a man may wake up one morning and notice his penis significantly bent with a morning erection.
