I have also problem of back bone pain I cant sit for long time during study. Its causes pain. What should i do ?
You should visit to orthopedic doctor for proper investigation for the cause of trouble and specific treatment. Maintain right posture of the body because most of the time cause of backache is postural. Eat calcium rich food. Avoid forward bending and overexertion of the spines. Rest on firm mattress. Do mild and bearable exercise of back.

Sir, go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti, localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.\

My right hand was paining since last 3days. Is it the indication for stroke. Please tell me the symptoms of stroke.

My right hand was paining since last 3days. Is it the indication for stroke. Please tell me the symptoms of stroke.
It is not a symptom of stroke. In stroke, there is sudden loss of muscle power and/or loss of sensation to a part of body/ half of the body. The person may become unable to move the affected limb/side and he doesn't feel touch/pain/temperature sensations.

Suffering from acute knee pain and pain in waist, painkiller will temporarily sooth, can you suggest permanent cure?

Suffering from acute knee pain and pain in waist, painkiller will temporarily sooth, can you suggest permanent cure?
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport here are some tips for how to handle your back /waist pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a physical therapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them. You need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you these pain and pain management. Best wishes.
