The number one reason to soak almonds is to sprout them and activate their enzymes. The enzymes in the almond allows better digestion and access to its nutrients. Soaking almonds helps in releasing enzymes which in turn help with digestion. Soaking almonds releases enzyme lipase which is beneficial for digestion of fats.

I had urin infection and when I observed burning sensation during urination and also observed urin colour as red, I rushed to the doctor and I took medicine as prescribed. Dr. suggests for urin test but he said normal, nothing to worry. My urin test result as follows = Dt. 24/2/2016 RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - 3-4hpf Crystal- nill Cast- nill Again I test urin to know my pregnancy. Urin test on 1/4/2016 as follows= Pregnancy-positive RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - ++ Crystal- nill Cast- nill Dr. said me report is normal. please tell me result of these above tests. Your urine test report is ok, some pus cells are there, but they could be due to contamination. During pregnancy the uterus gets enlarged and and urinary bladder lies just in front of this pregnancy bearing uterus, due to excess blood flow and pressure of the pregnant uterus, the pregnant woman tends to go for urination more frequently. Also colour of the urine could be influenced by colour of the medicines which are given during pregnancy like folic acid, doxylamine etc. If you were to have infection, then the burning sensation while passing urine would have persisted and you would have got some chills or shivering along with high grade fever. The best way to look for infection is to do culture of the urine and see what organisms grow in it. If that too is negative, just ignore the reports given by you. Drink plenty of water or fluids like coconut water, juices, etc almost upto 2-3 liters per day this will reduce the burning sensation if it is still present.

High blood sugar level is really harmful. You should take proper medication, restricted diet and regular exercises. If it is not controlled by allopathic medicines it is better to switch over to insulin or ayurvedic medicines in support.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1.Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2.Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3.Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5.Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6.Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7.Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Hi, the weight of your baby is ok, if you see growth chart of baby boy, in 8th month the weight should be inbetween 7 kg to 10.5 kg. And for baby boy of 1 year, the weight should be under in 7.8 to 11.8 kg so the weight of your baby is ok, you just need to take care of his feeding normally, don't insist him to feed, if he is hungry he will take accordingly, just try feed on time, if he resist to feed then try to feed some other time, do try your best to feed him and do not feed him same type of food, food should be include vegetables, pulses, cereals, fruits, nuts. He will take interest. Just try these. Then let me know if these ideas do not work. Regards.

Hello, first you need to give attention on the meals you are taking and the intervals between every meal. Ideally you should follow a 6 meal pattern covering healthy breakfast, mid morning meal, lunch, snacks & dinner. All food should be low in saturated fat, low sugar & high in fibre.

If your having thyroid your weight loss will be slow. For this you should do daily walking for at least 45 minutes. Have your meals 5-6 times a day which is low in carbohydrate like roti, brown rice, salads. Stop having raw cabbage, soy and soya product and do not have anything to eat for half an hour after taking your thyroid medicine.

Hello, if your weight is 64 of, you are not under weight. Go for reducing weight as per the normal limit. Go for abdominal exercise. Your diet be easily digestible on time. Tk, phyto berryQ-10 drops thrice with little water. Tk care.

Hello lybrate-user that is a very good question you have asked! I would suggest a whole foods plant based vegan diet for maximum results. If you are already vegetarian, cutting out milk and milk products completely from your diet, would make you vegan. The first thing you need to avoid is oil, that's why I suggest" whole foods" oil is processed and is full of trans-fats. In place of oil, you can add grated coconut to your vegetables, or peanuts, or even mustard seeds and sunflower seeds. They give you the necessary fats in a" whole" unprocessed form. This will help in weight loss and reducing belly fat. Having herbal teas like tulsi tea will also greatly help in reducing the tummy. You need fibre, so have brown rice instead of white rice. Have fruits at least half an hour before meals. Consume legumes and beans and pulses. All in all, avoid processed, boxed foods.
