Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you. Is it safe to have raw beans?
Raw green beans provide a nutritious snack that is low in calories and has a wide array of vitamins and minerals. Cooking removes some of their nutrients, so eating them raw is more beneficial.

I am 25 years old, my problem is that my body weight is increased day by day, have any genuine medicine for weight loss?
Medicines by itself can never work for fat loss. You have to eat clean and exercise well for fat loss. Your diet should comprise of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil like ghee, o; ive oil and cold pressed mustard, til oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: •Exercise at least 5 times per week •Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues •Sleep 7-9 hours per night •Don’t engage in extreme diets •Stay consistent with your habits •Incorporate non-exercise physical activity •Ignore food advertising.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..

Please do pay attention on what you eat and what exercise you do. Simply follow few rules for diet like Protein is very essential for building up healthy weight. Increase your intake of healthy carbohydrates. Diet must also have some amount of fatty food. Healthy food options like Steak, chicken, fruits, vegetables, assorted nuts and cheese are a must for an appropriate weight gain diet. Include whole grains, pastas and multigrain bread in your daily diet. Healthy snacking habits. Should be followed A glass of milk, an apple and a handful of nuts could be a perfect snack that can be taken between meals.

Hi, Oats and whole grain biscuits can be used as the contain fiber in them. 2-4 biscuits can be taken along with coffee or tea in the morning or in the evening.

Hi lybrate-userto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

In order to increase weight you may follow these tips: 1. Daily 3 lites water intake 2. Small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals 3. Nutrient & calorie dense foods- cheese, paneer, milkshake, lassi, sugarcane juice, ghee, peanut butter, premix, malt, egg, fatty fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, skim milk powder, buffalo milk, thck creamy soup, mango, banana 4. regular sound sleep 5. eat meals in calm environment without distractions enjoying your food 6. 15 mins light walk before meal to increase appetite
