If I do not sleep properly next day I will suffer from cold, what will be the reason.

It is due to lack of sound sleep and relaxation of brain. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

Don't panic from dengue fever, it recovers automatically. Get full rest/ proper sleep/ health diet. Be caution of any bleeding sign from body. Get Platlet Count daily if it is below 1.5 lac per cubic mm, and consult nearby doctor for further management. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. Eat homemade food include seasonal fruits, complex carbs like Dalia, Khichdi, oats and whole wheat bread etc. Eat small and frequent meals. Eat all your meals on time. Take any Tablet Multivitamin once a day. Take a light and early dinner. Consult doctor immediately if symptoms of dengue worsens ***Get Well Soon*** “Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”

Aloe Vera juice by itself will not help you lose fat you need to eat clean and exercise well. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

You should do semen culture and sensitivity test after which appropriate antibiotics and vitamins will help you.

Sir, I am facing severe dizziness issue, while walking its pushing me on right side, continuous giddiness on anti clock wise for 1 minutes. All the scan reports are normal (MRI brain), I think I have some issues in my ear, I can't hear any loud sounds, when I hear those loud sound then I am facing giddiness, Now a days even I can't travel in car, bus I am doing some dizziness exercise can I continue that or suggest me if there is something I have to do.

You shouldn't have any pain in the penis. Pain indicates something is wrong there. It is possible you have ruptured a vein or artery in the penis, or damaged the sponge-like material that holds blood in to make an erection.

Fenugreek or karela juice can not assure you a cure for diabetes, but just a little bit benefit only that too for some people and not for all. As the Diabetes is a metabolic disorder affecting multisystem, kindly get treated with Medicines instead of those Home remedies. You sholdnt endanger your life with those.
