I have pain in my back. It is increasing day by day. I have tried all types of medicines but no relief in my back. Can you help me?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

There are lot of reasons of these symptoms but no worry. Have proper meals & mild exercises in early morning, evenng. Take soft less oil foods, safe from rain drops, out side junk. Fast foods, fresh water & time meals.

Herbal Tea to lose weight Common Protein Deficiency Symptoms Even with a wide variety of protein sources available, some people experience protein deficiency symptoms due to a lack of protein intake. Severely restrictive diets, lack of knowledge about nutrients, and even poverty can contribute to protein deficiency. Protein deficiency is nothing to fool around with either; deficiency can lead to gallstones, arthritis, and muscle deterioration, as well as heart problems. Here are some of the most common symptoms. Edema Edema is a collection of fluid under the skin, which most commonly affects the legs, feet, and ankles but can occur anywhere on the body. Ridges that run from top to bottom on the nail can indicate an ongoing protein deficiency, while a ridge that runs transverse may indicate a deficiency that has now passed. Get a scan done after 2 weeks for cardiac, and see a gyne for medicine to avoid miscarriage. In initial months scan only can confirm that pregnancy is growing well.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take sprouts and fruits, vegetables. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Avoid junk food. Take small meals and frequent intervals.

I am soo tens and confused because of my this doubt that id masturbation is bad activity or does it harm our body or sexual lifestyle, in my teenage I masturbate more frequently but now on age of 23 year weekly once or monthly twice I do, and now I observed that whenever I get sexually aroused my ejaculation comes within seconds and even sometimes if I watch any erotic clips I am unable to withhold my ejaculation, I am soo tensed for my this problem, recently I had started to eat 2-3 cloves of raw garlic daily, I already asked this question earlier but still soo confused, plzz advice me any suitable treatment, remedies etc.

For t2 dm it is necessary to take either oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin injections. Other medications do not help in controlling blood sugar. Hence please let me know her weight, height, waist circumference, time spent on exercise, hba1c levels and lipid profile tto. Based on that info I can guide.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
