Breathing problem along with heart disease can be confusing for the doctor and for patient, it can be COPD/asthma+ heart attack because both cause breathlessness. She has had a cardiac arrest 1 year ago , I am sure she must have been advised to prevent further attacks. Get Spirometry test for lungs.Echo test for % functioning of heart and lipid profile blood test , get back with reports.

It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Exercise is extremely crucial to gain good height as growth is stimulated when the body is being exercised and stretched. Apart from exercise, sports activities like cycling and swimming can also help in increasing height. The exercises given below might be helpful in gaining some height after the age of 25 years. • Stand erect and keep your back straight and feet touching each other without any gap in between. Now slowly lift your hands up till your shoulders and hold it for a few minutes. Move your arms backwards. Inhale while moving your arms upwards and exhale while moving your arms downwards. This exercise gives an appearance of being tall by making your posture erect. • While lying down on your back, stretch your left foot towards the right foot and vice versa. Then bring back your feet to their normal position. • Bar hanging i. E. Holding the bar that is 6 to 7 feet above the ground and swinging your body while hanging from the bar can be beneficial. The back should be kept straight while swinging on the bar. Any querries inform me.

I got a more gastric problem and low back pain left side hip the pain goes through a leg I cont able to bend and walk casually, its seems more than 4 years I eat proper diet but I smoke per day 1r 2 cigarette I am trying to quit, as well as I take medication ranitane tab 300 mg per day regular exercise I do, but it's not cure if I stop medicine the pain will start to continue and I have depression since 5 years unforgettable memories past my love, and now my weight decrease and my butt size is 0, my hip size decrease from 36 to 30 rit nw, and PE problem pls give me a curable solutions and peaceful mind my age 32 unmarried thanking you.

Forget past and live in present and think for future. Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat. Good luck.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hi thanks for the query as per your words regarding bleeding gums and smell these are signs of gum disease either gingivitis or periodontitis(pyorrhea) if it's gingivitis you need to undergo scaling(cleaning of teeth) and root planing if it's periodontitis than you need to undergo flap procedure for longevity of your teeth visit a periodontist (gum specialist dentist) he can guide you better in this.

According to Ayurveda there are 6 ritus (seasons), out of which 3 are of aadan kala i.e. Shishir ,Vasant ,Gresham and 3 are of visarga kaal i.e. Varsha, Sharad and Hemant.
From July to September it’s Varsha ritu.
According to Ayurveda there are Do’s and Don’ts to stay healthy and free from diseases in this varsha ritu (Rainy season).
1) Digestive fire in this season is low,so to purify body, Panchkarma specially vaman,virechan, and vasti is advised according to Ayurveda.
2) Have dry,light,hot fresh food and food containing ghee.
3) Add honey, ghee, oil in your diet.
4) According to ayurvedic text , old shali rice,wheat,oats,vegitable soup should be added in diet.
5) Honey is very useful in this Varsha ritu (rainy season).
Avoid
Day dreaming, excessive liquid diet, excessive walking, exercises , sun rays, excessive intercourse.

That's true your dentist told correct they are milk tooth so not to worry they get removed but if no pain you wait for its own getting out but if pain than get them removed. At time there is delayed eruption and at time the milk tooth don't get removed and permanent teeth start erupting so no need to worry.

You need to do daily workout (any exercise for weight loss). Along with that take meals on proper time without skipping, and include healthy diet in it i. E fruits vegetables & dairy products. Quit coffee and canned and fried food. Drink lots of juices and water. Along with these you can take medicines for regulation of your cycle.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
