I think your suffering from gingivitis. Maintain oral hygiene. Brush atlst 3 times a day. Rinse your mouth well after every food you take. At night brush with baking soda and wash your mouth with lemon water. Rinse your mouth twice with water mixed with clauve oil. Have a healthy food habit. Do not take or chew tobacco. And visit to your dentist. U need proper homeopathic treatment to cure this problem.

Do not use your teeth for doing something other than chewing food. Using them for cracking nuts, removing bottle tops or ripping open packaging can result in chipped or broken teeth.

Dear lybrate-user, it seems your tooth has become carious and the nerve inside it has collected infection. In such a situation, it hurts even when you close your teeth together. You may experience pain on eating hot and/or cold as well. You should get an x ray of your tooth affected so that further treatment can be recommended. As far as I understand from your symptoms, the tooth concerned will need rct (root canal treatment).

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Hi Seshuk, The process of filling the gap between teeth is known as orthodontic treatment, wherein you will be required to wear braces (an appliance with wires) for anywhere between 6 months to 1 year, depending upon the exact condition of your teeth. However, this treatment will serve as a permanent solution to your problem. You teeth alignment will become better and your smile will improve, These days, braces, similar to the color of teeth (ceramic braces) have also become available which are potentially much better looking than the conventional silver appliances. Hope that helps.
